Nicely sited in the centre of town, that is the only thing that this hotel has got going for it. The rooms are old and tired with beds that are a form of torture. Breakfast is minimal and, poorly presented. It is cheap in every sense of the word.

The hotel is located quite near the Airport so it has a good view of airport runway. Staff is co-operative. Breakfast was reasonable. It's hard to find staff who understand English. But they tried best to help. It's on the main way to city center and bus stop.

When you go to reception and pay 650 Baht (approx £14) for a night (including breakfast), you shouldn't expect anything sumptuous or special. Yes, the rooms are tired and, the bed is hard and unforgiving but, for the price paid- it is fine. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and the staff were pleasant. Pay small money - don't expect luxury! For a cheap easy hotel it was well priced. Not Heaven but, easy on the pocket.

I didn't sleep with the aircon very noisy and slim windows (we hear all the traffic city and planes with the airport in front). Hotel very old and not really clean. For the price it's so bad, the breakfast room is boring. We are happy to leave this place.

This is the worst Hotel that I have stayed in Ubon. I am glad that I only booked for one night. The room was dated and not clean. The bottled water smelt. The reception staff were rude, they took my money and did not give me a receipt when they demanded cash. The breakfast was terrible. Do not stay at this Hotel.
