We spent two nights here to relax and get over our jet lag. It was the perfect place and would have loved to stay longer. We had our own bathroom and there were excellent facilities for tea and coffee in the shared kitchen. There were even homemade cookies! Breakfast was excellent, but for some reason butter and cheese were scarce....

We stayed five nights at Jacaranda Lodge and used it as a base to explore the Coromandel area. It was a very good decision. The B&B is only a few kilometres south of Coromandel Town where there are some great eating places. Judy and Gerry are keen to make sure guests enjoy their stay and provide good suggestions for touring...

A quaint and cosy farmstead style accommodation, complete with fruit trees and pet donkeys. We were warmly welcomed by Judy and shown to our room. The room was comfortable and warm, with an ensuite. Good for two but some may find it a tad squishy. Located across the corridor was a common area with kitchen and lounge for the guests....

Visited in September with a group of friends and had a wonderful stay. So comfortable and so relaxing - we would recommend this place to anyone. Judy made homemade bread, jams and frittatas. We got home after a day out in the pouring rain to discover the fire burning in the lounge room ready for us. The bedroom had king...

Warmly greeted by Judy on a cold wet Coromandel afternoon. We booked the downstairs room with ensuite which was delightfully furnished and a very comfortable bed. As the only guests that evening, we were pleased to have a quiet evening next to the wood fire. We shared breakfast with our host - freshly baked bread, home made spreads and muesli...

From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were among friends. Judy and Gerard have created a casual, comfortable and welcoming place. Breakfasts were delicious - local and organic - and it was a treat to have them eat with us. We were there in the off season, so one night were the only ones there. We brought...

Thank you for your very kind review. We really enjoyed having you to stay and hope that you were able to take home some "new learnings" about NZ rugby. We look forward to your return visit.
