Stopped off in Coromandel on our way around the peninsula. The quaint cottages were well looked after, very clean and nice and quiet. About a 20 min walk to town. The owners were friendly and helpful too.

Lovely old style cottages, nice and spacious. Check in easy and very helpful with recommendations for local walks and meals. Balcony with chairs to sit in sunshine. Rooms had been aired which was nice.

When we arrived we immediately decided to stay 2 nights longer. It was that lovely. Jan and Steve were wonderful and gave us driving directions and tips of things to do. Cottage was roomy, airy, with a well equipped kitchen. Had a great pool and laundry facilities.

We like to be self sufficient so a cottage sounded attractive particularly as it was no more expensive than a motel unit. The cottage was well appointed and clean. Service was friendly and we were provided with car washing equipment. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when next visiting that part of NZ.

Our cottage unit was very clean and well equipped, in a very peaceful location. Ideal for an overnight stay. Only one negative comment - we took offence at the purported threat of a $10 charge if we did not wash our dishes (cleanly) and put them away. Not our style to leave our dishes - maybe a 'please' ..... would...

Coromandal Colonial Cottages is a beautiful BnB located just out of town, which is perfect for a peaceful retreat. The cottages themselves are neatly laid out and very clean. There is a fully equipped kitchen which makes self-catering easy, although there are couple of places to get food a few minutes' drive away in town. The shower is small but...

We enjoyed our night at the cottages. An easy 1.5 kilometre walk into town for breakfast. A good place to stay. Wifi slow but perhaps because the four of us jumped onto it as soon as we arrived! Lots of places to eat within walking distance or a short drive.

Stayed for two nights in a 2 bedroom cottage and were very pleased as were travelling with relatives from UK so it's always important to show off good accomodation in NZ. The cottage was large with heaps of room in the kitchen, dining area and lounge and all areas were spotlessly clean. The outside front terrace was a great place...

We stayed in the cottage right down the back by the pool. What a lovely cottage, with a little deck to sit on and lovely grounds. Such a relaxing place and so close to everything there is to do in Coromandel. Loved it !! Thanks.
