We arrived at the Claremont in the early evening and were very impressed with the two delightful Christmas trees in each bay window at the front of the hotel. This gave a good impression that the hotel was going to be good quality. We weren't disappointed. We were met by a friendly member of staff - who may have been...

We used this Hotel for a weekend break, set in a quiet street close to the seafront and with on street parking (vouchers available from reception). Brighton is about a 25 minute walk along the seafront, we walked and didn't move the car all weekend. On arriving we were met by Nathan who was extremely friendly and welcoming and there...

My aunt needed a place to stay due to a bereavement in the family. The single rooms were booked and she was initially offered a cosy double, but was wow'd by the large double room at the top, room 8. Nathan, who was helping us, gave us a great deal. She immediately said, perhaps I'll stay longer, she booked two...

I arrived late Friday night after the usual reception hours and called Dan the man when I couldn't open the key safe, he popped down in a jiffy and got me settled in. the room was great, very comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast was fantastic with loads of choice and set me up for the day. The weather was great...

I stay here if I am in Brighton for work. It's a great place to stay, clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly. The great thing is they have retro sweets like blackjacks and fruit salad in the room. The breakfast is amazing particularly the eggs. I will stay again.

Brief two day weekend visit from the US in mid-October to visit family in Hove. Warmly welcomed on arrival. Had booked a single room which was quite tight in space but decently fitted out and quite adequate for my needs as I was spending little time in the room (probably not suitable though for anyone with a BMI of 25+)....

I was met with a very warm welcome on a horrible rainy evening which cheered me right up. That set the front of house service from the get go which made my stay all the more pleasant. The four poster room I stayed in was wonderful, a great size with a generous sized bathroom too. The bed was super comfy,...

Very nicely re-done 1870s luxury home to the best 21st Century B&B standards. Popular with weddings & special occasions. We booked the smallest double & it was a tight fit around the bed, but we very much liked the separate loo & separate shower & sink. The bed was a bit hard for my tastes, but probably fine for others....
