Where can I start.. Boris announced lockdown sat I jumped on the plane Sunday... I was a bit apprehensive due to the fact the reviews weren't the best but I'm so glad I just went with my gut.. I couldn't fault this hotel at all. I only paid 636 for me and my 7 year old and it was totally worth it. Yes the pool was cold but the best way round that is to get a grip and just jump in lol!.. Food was fantastic can't fault it at all unless you expect the ritz standards then don't book a 3 star... Location is OK.. Either a 3 euro ride in a taxi to town and about a 3 4 min drive or a 30 min walk which was canny. Entertainment was done as much as they could and they tried so hard considering the amount of restrictions they probably had to work around.. If covid ever goes I think the entertainment would be amazing. What I really liked was the hotel being so close together and no wasted spaces so everyone had a joke and were friendly all the kids made loads of friends I would definitely stay here again it was a great last min deal I got.. Ignore the rubbish reviews and enjoy your holiday!

We stayed here last minute at half term and so glad we booked. When we arrived the hotel only had about 25% guests with Skelton staff. When it became evident that guest capacity would increase significantly the manager pulled in every available member to assist. We had a problem with our 1st room and they moved us and went above and beyond to resolve any issues. Needless to say certain events couldn't happen or were closed, but again the staff were exceptional at endeavouring to provide a quality service. I seen some complaints on here about there being no shops, if people bothered to ask reception there was actually a shop just a little further up from our hotel tucked away behind another one, was only a couple of minutes walk. There was lovely food to suit even the fussiest of people and nothing was ever to much trouble for the staff. All in all the hotel achieved to give families a much needed break at short notice and certainly gave us a memorable holiday. Thank you

Booked last minute due to quarantine getting lifted, went on the 29th for a week with partner and son. Hotel was fab, my son loved it, the freezing cold pools didn’t bother him but I couldn’t get in them! They were freezing ☹️ Entertainment team were good with the kids, water slides fab. Food was ok, the evening was much better than the dinner thou but I never went hungry and im quite fussy, we ate out a few nights in playa Blanca which was lovely First time lanzarote, would I go back? Yeh deffo, not sure if I’d stay in this hotel thou and we don’t usually do AI, but my son met so many people maybe it’s the way forward 😊

Lockdown was due on Thursday, we were due to fly on Sunday 1st November, TUI said "You can still go". Although we were apprehensive about travelling during the pandemic, all 6 of us decided to travel, we needed a holiday after the events of 2020 so far. So arrived at the hotel, checked into our 3 apartments and unpacked. Lounge area with fridge and kettle, bathroom with the usual and bedroom, again the usual plus air conditioning. 2 balconies in each apartment, front and back. The rooms were clean and comfortable with everything you could need for a week in the sun. We then checked out the dining room, rude not to. It was lunchtime and the food was varied and tasty. Plenty of choice for everyone, cooked to perfection and hot. There was nothing at all to complain about in terms of the food. We had some fussy eaters with us and they were well served. There was also food available at the pool bar, the usual burgers and chips or snadwiches. The pools were cold but it was November, once you got past the initial chill you soon got used to it. Plenty of pool choice and around the back of the hotel was the waterpark, good fun for us all. The staff were all friendly and ready to help, nothing was too much for them. Bearing in mind that we were staying in a hotel during a pandemic and we had to wear a mask when moving about the hotel did a great job of making us comfortable. To be fair the hotel wasnt busy due to travel restrictions so may have been different when full. The disco area downstairs and the indoor bars were all closed as only outdoor space is allowed so no chance to review them. The entertainment was ok, but again due to a pandemic it was much reduced. All in all we had a lovely week away at this hotel and would visit again All in we had a great time

Sleep Quality
Room Tip: We were in rooms 108, 110 and 112. It was quiet but they were all upstairs appartments. Odd...
