We are a couple aged 46 & 44 We had 1 week from 23rd November 2014 The weather was not great and the hotel did struggle to keep the rain out, however they were doing their utmost and effort certainly couldn't be faulted, the maintenance and cleaning to keep on top of it appeared to be done 24/7. I'm sure...

Hello I stayed here between 23-30th November: a week in which they had more rain than they had had for 10 years. I won't let that effect the reviews I give in the hotel. Very nice hotel in the whole - looks a little dated and can be hard to navigate about as there is a very confusing lift floor...

My first impression of the hotel was that it was enormously big. I became lost in the vastness of the place. After a short while roaming aimlessly around, I managed to find my bearings. A compass would help!! There are a lot of guests who are "lost" The hotel appears to be in good order but a closer inspection reveals...

Stayed for a week in the middle of November. Didn't use elite and to be honest didn't see the point. Drinks were fine and the service was prompt and friendly. We aren't fans of being entertained but the team didn't push you and were happy just to say hello and move on. The food was plentiful and lots of choice....

After reading all the good reviews on this hotel we booked and looked forward to our break. The hotels reputation was excellent based on the information --So a lot to live up to ! Room was very big as upgraded to Royal Elite very traditional Spanish which would have been beautiful if only a little tender loving care was applied to...

Overall the hotel was fine, plenty of pools, clean and tidy etc but missed that 4* touch. The rooms need to be refurbished. Evidence of floods soaked into the wood paneling, the lightswitch in the ensuite didn't work, the toilet seat was falling off and overall the room was tired and dated. We went in November so the hotel was...

This hotel was fantastic value for money, very clean, good selection of foods at all mealtimes(though it must be said, a better layout between vegetarian section and meat dishes would be more appropriate(at one of our meal sittings a dish of Latvian style chicken was labelled as a vegetarian option? I did point this out, but it was not rectified...

Had a nice relaxing time stayed for 5 nights as a couple on the elite option which we found to be great value for the additional service (exclusive bars + quiet breakfast area). Had no trouble getting sunsets this may be an issue at the height of season but not in November. Staff pleasant + rooms cleaned daily. Food good...

Hotel spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and helpful, food of a good quality and always found something that appealed. Pools very nice and plenty of sun beds .on the downside, entertainment amateurish, situation quite a long walk into Playa Blanca although courtesy bus provided every 2hours. A big gripe is the poor internet service, restricted to just half an hour...

Big hotel complex. Just found it misses something. Certainly keep away from oriental restaurant it's poor to say the least and worrying that the hotel management read these reviews and decide not to act. However the Mexican restaurant was excellent.
