I do not typically write reviews unless I feel like I had an experience that is impossible to duplicate. This was one of those experiences. From the moment Valeria picked us up in Siena, we were provided with warm hospitality that never stopped. Nonna Cianna runs an extremely thorough Tuscan cooking class, where we made bruschetta, homemade pasta, a delicious...

We stayed here for 2 nights in May with our 3 1/2 year old daughter and absolutely enjoyed it. It was relaxing, quiet, and just what we needed after traveling in the big cities. The farmhouse apartment is perfect for a family and they even made a little cot for our daughter to sleep on. There is a fridge for...

We spent one night at the farmhouse and did the cooking class with Nona and loved it! Both Nona and Valeria are so much fun. The cooking class was a huge highlight of our trip. Don't miss it! We have kids ages 10 and 12 and they loved it as well, even though we were very late for the class...

We booked this last minute hoping to stay in a 'castle' but as it was not available, this farmhouse was suggested. A great alternative. The farmhouse is full of rustic charm, run by the Guerrini family who also live on the premises. We were the only guests there so it was nice and private. We had a full suite with...

We arrived on the doorstep of this farmhouse wanting to check out of the hotel we had booked elsewhere. The family were so hospitable and welcoming, they treated us like family. This place is exactly what we were looking for in our Tuscan holiday. A family owned farmhouse, where you get homemade croissants and coffee made for breakfast, you open...

In a last minute change of plans, we decided to depart from the city and head to the Tuscan countryside. A quick search highlighted this location as a highly rated B&B. We jumped on it and couldn't be happier with the result. We were warmly greeted by Valeria and ushered into our apartment. Peaceful, comfortable, and loaded with all the...

Our dinner at the farmhouse restaurant was a night to remember. Chef James entertains enthusiastically and cooks passionately. Everything out of his kitchen was wonderful; the huge selection of local cheeses and salumis with the homemade mustards almost did us in, but we saved room for pastas and risotto cooked to perfection. I am still sort of kicking myself that...

While staying at the castle (Castello delle Quattro Torra - fantastic place to stay), we spent a terrific evening with Nonna Ciana and Valeria learning authentic Tuscan cooking techniques.
