Spacious, quite modern, a little pricey for the drinks but the food was actually quite good. There were two other coaches there but our two Dinners and Breakfast were quite good. Sometimes a little confusing but you are in Italy. Plenty of choice and lots of fruit, plus those lovely Italian rolls at breakfast. I eat almost anything but my...

Owing to a 15-hour flight delay we were bussed here by our airline for the afternoon & an evening meal. Whilst it would not have been my first choice to stay at - Brutalist interior, bland rooms, stained communal carpets and swimming caps for the pool - the hotel deserves a big grazie for accommodating nearly 100 passengers at such...

Never listen to people who suggest you to go to this hotel if you travel to Catania. The service is seen by us as the worst one in Europe for the 4-star hotel, it doesn't worth even 3 stars. So lets describe issues: 1. Cleaning: curtains were dusty and overalls were dirty from the 1st day of our vacation, no...

stayed here as part of an Archers tour and hated it the only plus point was that we were able to escape on the last night to eat out. The hotel is in need of a serious update and the stair carpet and corridors were dirty and need of a vacuum. There is a large crack as you go down...

Poor structural state, verandas with reinforcement bars visiible and rusty, due to concrete having fallen away. Showers very small and absolutely filthy. Menu very restricted, don't expect to choose what you want as the starter and main were tied together. Remember to bring your bathing cap, otherwise you can't use the pool.

Maybe it was because it was a pre-booked Leger holiday, but there was no menu, no choice, 3 fixed 'courses', bur at least this time it was good quality food, well cooked, and all staff were very pleasant and fun. The room was very clean. The fourth hotel on this Leger tour was at last pleasant. This will be my...

We were supposed to have dinner, but on the other hand they served only.30 of us (we were 45) and the food was awful. Moreover, the breakfast was poor. However it was relatively clean and nicely designed.

Dear Mr. Konstantinos, your group was booked in BB and not in half board that means that you was not supposed to have dinner, Nevertheless our restaurant closes at 10 pm for dinner the same time when you started to decide how many of the group would like to have dinner, after one hour at 11 pm we was still...

Good class hotel which was very clean and tidy. Staff were attentive, very pleasant and helpful. English spoken by all reception staff. Nothing much to do in Capomulini without hiring a car, as no reliable bus service available.

Spent a Sunday at the swimming pool, it was crowded with non resident people, approximately 30 kids aged in between 6 and 10 were running around all day being very noisy, I had a sunbed with a ping-pong table and a foot ball table behind, with kids playing at all times and balls flying over my head... very annoying! The...
