Pleasant establishment with human dimension (11 rooms in total including 6 trulli) isolated in the countryside, not far from the coast. We (2 adults and 2 children) stayed in a family trullo (1 master bedroom with a bed, 1 living room with a sofa bed, 1 shower room). Trulli is air conditioned. It is equipped with a kitchenette (1 cooktop to make coffees but not to cook, cutlery, fridge with drinks not included in the base rate).
Breakfast, pleasant, is included (made from farm produce). The hotel offers dinners also made with farm produce, local ingredients. It also offers drinks and snacks during the day to enhance stays by the pretty pool. Extra prices are not indicated but are communicated on request by staff. The bill can go up pretty fast.
The welcome is professional. The hotel offers additional services such as sunbed rental on a private beach. The property is located near Fasano which offers several bars and restaurants. A few typical restaurants are also located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Amazing stay at this beautiful family run Trulli Resort. Andrea, Rosella, Mari, Mama and the rest of the staff felt like family. The grounds are perfect the pool area was relaxing and the food was fresh and delicious. I would recommend this to anyone looking to visit and have a true feel of what it is like to live in a trulli in the countryside. For dinner and lunch all the fresh vegetables from their garden were used as well as delicious home cooked pastas and meats. The location is short drives to the towns of Alberobello, Polignano a Mare, Locorotondo, Monopoli. Thank you to you all for making our family feel at home in your home, the nicest and most genuine people running Borgo D’Itria.

My family of 22 had the amazing pleasure of staying at this resort for 6 nights in July 2023. From the moment we walked on the property we knew this place was special! We rented 7 of the 10 Trullis, each one having such character. They were beautiful. So clean and the air conditioning was amazing! Rosella was the most incredible host and she made our stay such a special experience from beginning to end. She went above and beyond to make sure we were always happy. Andrea and his mama always prepared the most delicious food with the freshest ingredients. The resort is so close to the neighboring towns of Alberobello/Monopoli/Polignano. When we were leaving, we felt like we were leaving our families. They welcomed us into their hearts. I will stay here every single time we visit the Puglia region. Thank you again for everything!!

my girlfriend and i stayed here for a week in a trulli and enjoyed every minute. the food cooked by chef guisy prepared incredible food every day that left us dreaming about the next meal. this man deserves his own michelin 5 star restaurant! our favorite pasta, chicken and caprese dishes in puglia! breakfast pastries were prepared fresh and laid out every morning, and lunch and dinner prepared by chef guisy daily. rosella and her staff were extremely nice, helpful and welcoming. she helped us rent a car, gave dinner recommendations and was always around to serve her guests or strike up a good conversation. the pool is very relaxing and the farm donkeys were very sweet. we loved giving them fresh tomatoes daily. the trulli is very clean and has a lot of character, very cool and unique stay. it'll be hard for you to want to leave the borgo d'itria!

We had a Fantastic stay in this small hotel. We had a trulli for 3 persons, nr.4, and it was really great! The room was spacious, a very nice bathroom and the bed bed was super! Nice garden, a swimming pool with enough sunbeds. We had dinner twice and all dishes were made from products from their own garden and farm. The absolute bonus of our stay was the warm and very friendly staff. It felt as we were part of the family. So trulli genuine attention and a great atmosphere, in our hearts forever.

The place is super well kept and clean. Very green, superb terrasse and pool. Service was second to nome. Mary, Paola, Andrea…. the gardener who keeps the grass as green as if it would be a golf course!! Paoña the shy one but speaks all languages super well. Mary….. We stayed for 4 nights in early July and we cannot wait to go back for longer. Borgo D'Itria is a hidden gem in the Valle D'Itria, 20-30 minutes away from the most beautiful towns in Puglia including Alberobello, Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Monopoli and Polignano al mare. The Trulli Accommodation and the whole farm are fantastic. The setting idyllic, the food abundant and fresh, in all honesty even their dinner was one of the best we had in our 8 nights in Puglia! The staff is super friendly, accommodating and always ready to help with everything. The pool is fantastic to spend hours relaxing....the trulli at night are magical. We felt we had the best and true trulli experience without any of the crowds and tourists. We want to thank Rossella. Mari, Andrea and everyone else who made our stay so perfect!

We stayed in the trullo suite for about a week. Everything perfect, starting from the truly super location: surrounded by greenery, perfect for regenerating. What makes the stay special, in addition to the environments, goes above all to the people who manage it. A huge thank you to Andrea, Rossella, Mary, Isabella and Mrs. Maria. They are very attentive to the customer's needs and never leave anything missing. I would absolutely point out the breakfast: every morning excellent homemade desserts, fruit and jams at 0 km.
