I wanted to celebrate my wedding in this fantastic dream facility. Wonderful place, fantastic staff from the owner to the metro Tony, Sonia , the chef to all the guys who work behind the scenes. Everything super organized made us feel comfortable everything really perfect. If you want to celebrate in a dream structure I recommend Villa cenci.

A short intense holiday full of attention from a perfect organization in a very suggestive location immersed in the Apulian countryside, in a dominant position. Very large rooms. Reception impeccable.Swimming pool beautiful, surrounded by greenery. Good breakfast, with great products. Excellent restaurant that gave us dishes that looked like paintings as well as delicious. A pleasure for the eyes than for the palate. Excellent appetizer the purple shrimp potato sphere as well as the first course Pink blue fresh pasta with blue crab filling. Impeccable food service. Puglia is a fantastic place to go on vacation or working, this hotel is absolutely fantastic with a huge poll and etno chic rooms with all the amenities required. It has a large and convenient parking and it's very close by car to all the trulli villages in the area. food is stunning!

Plastic cups/ an aggressive waiter at breakfast who was more interested in watching videos loudly as we ate, sat nav takes you to an entrance they have blocked off, 10am check out…dead plants on our stained private terrace…..seriously not worth the money. Which is a shame as the location and pool are lovely and the waitress and front of house man were lovely and very kind. It misses the mark in so many ways.

I was in Villa Cenci as a tour leader for a big group reunion from Poland; we had a two day cycling tour around the trulli area. The place is really fantastic, with a large garden and a swimming pool, ideal for a peaceful stay in the countryside; it is located close to many attractive places of Puglia. The staff was really welcoming and professional. The food was excellent at breakfast and at dinner. Highly recommended.

It's a bit odd to get there as you have to drive over the railway and in very small lanes but once you get there it's superb. The rooms are in trulli style. Swimming pool + bar is great, breakfast is the best we had in Italy. Dinner is mediocre, but acceptable. We would recommend.

We would have given a 4 star rating if it wasn't for the scam. Great location, good food, good accommodation. But then to be spoiled by this was a real shame.
We checked out 1st July this year after a very nice stay. However, we didn't notice that we been overcharged by 140 Euro. Such mistakes can happen - this wasn't the issue. We told them on 2nd July about the problem and they agreed it was their mistake. However, it's now 17th August and they still haven't refunded the money. A trail of unanswered emails, broken promises, excuses. They say that they can't pay back via credit card or through the bank but "maybe we can do something in another 10 days"! So, nice place but nearly 2 months to repay moneys overcharged? It looks like a scam.

The second 'hotel' of my trip here in Italy. A beautiful estate in the country located near Cisternino. Beautiful rooms (both the truli and the superior room), great service and above all peace and quiet. The safe in the room was convenient. The breakfast existed out of a healthy buffet with typical Italian dishes. The lunch buffet is 25€, so a bit expensive, but totally worth it! The menu 30€ and that's four dishes. Delicious and fresh dishes!!!
Negative points: creaky beds and two busted lights, but the latter can be resolved when asked. Eating is not allowed in the room, but that's understandable. The television only had italian channels, when I expected at least bbc or cnn. No wifi in the rooms, but in the communal rooms. There were comfortable couches, but I prefer something more private.
All in all: highly recommended!!!

We stayed here in May for seven nights as part of Inghams Best of Puglia Tour. It is in a lovely setting but is quite remote if you do not have a car. (The road is too dangerous to walk along to get to Cisternino.) The style of rooms (trulli) are unusual but comfortable. In May, the hotel was not fully prepared to meet the needs of guests. Unfortunately, there was building work taking place which meant machinery and loud voices outside our room from around 6.30am. We had not been warned about the building work prior to our visit. In the dining room, there seemed to be a problem with providing tea and coffee at the same time for breakfast. The cooked options were not very warm. We had to ask for items to be replenished or for more crockery and this often took a while to be delivered. Evening meals were very poor. For several days we were only offered one choice for each course. I do not expect poor, tasteless food in Italy. The food was often cold, having been carried across the grounds on trays from the temporary kitchen and then served on to cold plates. The two waiters struggled to serve everyone efficiently, especially when the dining room was full. We were only offered house red or white wine at 15euros a bottle. Once the new kitchen is built and the spa is complete, this could be a good 4* hotel, but on our visit it fell well below that standard.
