TOP Hotel with top service and food!
We stayed for one week at the IKOS OLIVIA in April. The hotel offered an outstanding service in every way - super clean, top stuff, excellent drinks and food in great variety. Also the garden, the pools and the spa were highly serviced and clean. Normally the hotel itself deserves the highest, 5 points. The only reason for our 4 point rating is the most unbearable NOISE and behaviour of children and their parents. We both love children, but people shouldn’t forget, that they are not alone in the hotel, that would make things much easier for all of us and for other guests.

"Fantastic holiday"
This was our third visit to an Ikos Resort, we had already stayed at Ikos Dassia and Ikos Aria and absolutely loved it. This resort as the others is worth every penny. Great service, fantastic food, the resort located in a century old olive trees park fabulous, the rooms are beautiful. The staff from the first to the last, went out of their way to render our holiday an unforgettable one. We will definitely go back to an Ikos Resort for our next summer holiday.

Simply the best! Big shout out to Gia who allowed our son to be taken in the gold buggy every where! Gia is really friendly and will make things happen- thank you for our lunch! He will go far! Beach is beautiful! Hotel is lovely! Staff are mostly friendly apart from province restaurant the lady there is really miserable! The food overall is great! Really healthy options are available and really good for vegetarians! Kids club is superb! We loved it so much we have decided to book ikos aria! Let’s hope it’s as good as!

Awesome Place
This Resort is worth every penny. Great Service, great food and a dream for family’s. There is also various offers for sport activities. The spa contains a steaming room and a small gym with a terrace. The bungalows are highly recommend due to their luxury furnishings.

Best ever, staff go the extra mile
It was our 3rd visit to an ikos Resort, deluxe collection(1x oceania, 2x Olivia) and we love it. We are a family with four kids (3-11) and everyone is happy. It was the only time ever that we arrived at a hotel and the premises and suites looked exactly like in the pictures. No Photoshop. We were given our prevered room (730) which I think is where service starts fulfilling customer wishes. We would always recommend to book deluxe bc it's really worth it. The deluxe desk goes the extra mile to make your stay the best ever: David organised a beautiful birthday for my husband and daughter, Dia and Despina surprised me with my own set of loose detox tea from the spa when I mentioned, that I liked it better than the bagged tea in our room. I was also given a yoga mat for personal use since I did not like to practice with the group. Playstation arrived promptly and with age appropriate games (picked by David - I would not know) These things make true luxury... You mention it - it happens. Room service was perfect :Roula and Effi made everything just easy and perfect for a family of 6. Especially the deluxe pool team (Nikki, Jasmin and Daphne) remembered, what we loved and how we wanted our drinks and snacks and were quick to serve them. Deluxe bar offers freshly squeezed juice (grapefruit, orange and smoothies) Our favorite restaurant is definitely the fresco with Manolis. Perfect food and perfect atmosphere. We love the food at Provence and ouzo also, but we're not as taken with staff and atmosphere and the best service of all. Our least favorite restaurant was Anaya. Service was not too good, food only mediocre. The complementary massage at the spa was perfect, not just soft but really medically useful. We will definitely come back for our annual week of true luxury - for everyone from smallest of our kids to mum and dad.…

Is there any adult only areas?? I’m coming next year in sept (single person) and want quiet area with no noise so I can chill down with little or noise if possible
Hi there are adult areas, but in all honesty they are only a stones through from all the other areas around the pool and on the beach you could position yourself at the furthest end of the adult area. If you go in September you would probably miss the school holidays and only children of about 4 and under would be their.

Can I ask what is the "De luxe "section is and does one pay extra for the service as we are thinking of booking this lovely hotel and this option is not offered in the booking matrix? Happy holidays

Hi everyone just a question on the room types? We are undecided on a Superior double sea view or a Panoramic sea view ? Looking at the design of the hotel are the Panoramic sea view rooms on the corner of the hotel giving you a wider view as I read what Panoramic means. Happy holidays Rob
