This beautifully laid out resort with 38 small, detached holiday homes offers pure relaxation and is a great starting point for many activities in the region. The resort has its own restaurant where you can enjoy a fantastic breakfast in a great atmosphere, with homemade jam and salads, fresh rolls and bread, and sausage specialties from the region. In the evening you can choose from various delicious regional dishes or cook for yourself in the holiday home by the flickering fire and enjoy the in-house sauna. The staff are all extremely friendly and very helpful with any questions. It was my father's birthday and we were given a beautifully set table and a great bouquet of flowers, which we could order in advance from reception. There was a loving gesture on International Women's Day - all women were given a small flower pot at reception :-). We are happy to recommend the resort and it won't be the last time we stay here! My family and I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who made this weekend at the Schierker Harzresort an unforgettable family experience!

Very well furnished cottage in a beautiful residential park. The house has 2 floors, sauna, fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 flat screen TVs, free wifi and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything very clean! In summer you can also spend more wonderful time in the garden, the houses are not built close together. Parking directly in front of the house. The resort has an a la card restaurant where breakfast buffets are also served. However, we have not used this. But the bread service. The food in the restaurant is reasonable for the price. Of particular note is the extremely friendly service! There is also the possibility to have the food brought into the house.

Very nice houses, nice reception and a very good breakfast buffet.
Small drawback for a trip with a small child: Unfortunately, there is not enough darkening option in the house. The processes still let in a lot of light.
