We stayed one night here. On our arrival the lady/owner was fab, very helpful and cheerful. Rooms were ideal, bathroom was big and clean. The only downside was breakfast, although there was a good selection it was not replenished, even though when we got down at 8.30 and breakfast was till 10.00 the sausages had gone and no more came out also the same with the cheese! We had to ask for orange juice as this had also run out. There was only one guy working and he seemed to be covering reception and the breakfast buffet! It says free wifi but none of us could get it! Think this is down to bad reception area! We would happily stay here again.

The usual very clean room - very large and airy - comfortable bed and excellent shower room. We thought the breakfast buffet uninspiring, and the public areas seemed rather tired. The lowered German flag after the semi final defeat was a nice touch though!

The reception was not staffed. Arrival from 15:00 we were on site at 15:50. Note that reception in the 1. I'd have a floor in the dining room. Driven up by the elevator, the dining room was locked. No one came calling either. An already present guest told us that she was “lucky” yesterday and met someone. Luckily, my partner and I were able to cancel the stay and left relatively upset. Such behaviour by the hotel staff is extremely unprofessional. A hint with a phone number would have been comforting and helpful. There's no way this hotel will see us again.
