We liked this hotel so much we stayed 2 nights instead of just one which we booked. Friendly staff, spotless room with a stunning view of Mt Blanc. Very comfortable bed and nice linens. The breakfast cost 10 euro but was worth it a there was a nice selection of hot and cold food. Dinner was also served but we... More

Nice and beautiful, the kind of mountain house one dreams of having someday! We just stopped over here from Milan on way to Paris for the night, and I'm always wary of small family run properties- they are unreliable and tend to swing the extremes of good and bad, depending on the mood that day, but this is a cheerful... Myself and my girlfriend recently stayed here for a week! We were happy with some aspects of the hotel but disapointed with others. The fact that it is about a 15 to 20 minute walk from the nearest bus stop so if you have no transport it could be a problem for some! No english channels on the t v... More

Booked for a same day arrival. Due to weather conditions the arrival time was around 10pm. Informed the very nice owner about our late arrival in advance as we had asked for dining possibilities before and we were told that we can dine even after 9pm, which sounded very nice. After our late arrival the owner suggested to have Tartiflette... More

We were in Les Houches again for the Inter-schools ski races and returned to Les Campanules. Every year we return to discover that the owners have tweaked and improved some aspect of the hotel. This time a fitness suite / spa had been introduced - and the Menu du Chalet that is part of the standard half board package had... More

We stayed from 27/02/13-03/03/13 and had a lovely time. The rooms are quite small and basic but if you are staying for too long in your room during skiing season then something is very wrong! In addition it is a bit of a trek to town but a good warm up for a day on the slopes. If you bring... More

We stayed from 13-18/2/13 based on the previous TripAdvisor reviews and we weren't disappointed! A warm welcome, nice room with modern shower cubicle, nice food and a great views from the balcony or fiest floor lounge room. We walked up the hill from les houches twice but wouldn't recommend it especially with ski gear! Buses are constantly packed but only... More

All is good here... The mountain decor, the attentive staff, the cozy room with views on Mont Blanc, the good dinner and the after dinner crepes, the kids crèche, ... Very good value for money overall. Would recommend the owners to improve breakfast (small fruit selection, scrambled eggs not at their very best) and add an after lunch slot for... More

We've stayed at the hotel with a group of race skiers a number of times. Maria at reception and all the hotel staff are always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and cosy and there is continual upgrading of the facilities. Breakfast and evening meals are delicious. Most importantly the hotel represents great value.

I stayed at Les Campanules for a long weekend (Thursday to Monday) with my son in mid January 2013. This is a hotel that gives you good value for the money. We got a room with Mont Blanc view for 75 Euro per night. The room consisted of a main room with a queen size bed, a separate bedroom with... More
