Room is small, but enough for your needs if you don't plan to stay there all day. Bed was comfortable. Staff, especially Danielle, was so nice, helpful and caring. Room was cleaned EVERY day, new towels changed, even if we didn't put the sign on the door knob to clean the room. Also every day we got a new bottle of water and cookies. Breakfast was cute, delicious and big, we couldn't eat it all. Really close to the main train station, bus stop near hotel and 2 minutes of driving, goes every few minutes, or by walking 10 minutes (rer b train goes 15 minutes to cdg airport or 20ish minutes to center of Paris, every 5 - 10 minutes). Neigbourhood is calm and seems nice. Exceptionally satisfied, highly recomended, definitely would come back. :)

Clean rooms, very friendly personal, good and delicious breakfast for vegetarians. During my stay I have got bigger and quieter room (at the 3rd floor, inner-garden side) even I did not request, only for my better comfort. Kind support to any question about the city and travel or restaurant possibilities in the nearest area. Thank you.

The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is very hearty and served in a nice room. The hotel is very clean. I would recommend to take the high-end room if you are two because the regular rooms are quite small. I do recommend this hotel for a short stay.

After running the AC for a couple of hours it started dripping water.
A lot of water. The whole night it was: drip... drip... drip... and so on, so I could not get any proper sleep.
And I don't believe I was the first one to complain about it, because the door (over which the AC is placed) already has WATER DAMAGE!
And to reach that level of damage, this must have been going on for a long time.
This means I cannot give a good review for the room and sleep quality.
Additionally the bathroom has a horrible design, because there is no shower cabin/curtain.
This means that after a shower the whole bathroom is completely wet!
The bathroom also has a very bad extractor, which means that the moisture in the room is very high for a long time, therefore mold is starting to form at the ceiling.
It is quite a pitty, because otherwise the hotel is quite clean and has free, secure parking.

I will definitely stay again at le saint Germain again when ever I get back to Paris, thousand thanks to the team for there excellent hospitality and service qualité and. The hotel is very clean. The Bus stop is at 1 min walk that will take you in 2 minutes to la Gare de Aulnay sous bois.

I stayed solo in this hotel for an exhibition in Villepinte. The room is clean and the bed is super comfy. Breakfast for 9 EUR is a great value for money. Hotel's own parking is behind the secured gate and it was easy to park thanks to enough space. The staff was so friendly, helpful and effective that I felt highly welcome. Only small minus was that you can hear other guests walk and talk in the corridor, nevertheless I had a very good sleep thanks to little noise from outside. I am happy to come back and recommend to my friends.

All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and spoke very good English. They even fetched us some ice from the restaurant they own down the road (Parenthese) on request each day! Breakfast was lovely and good value. Bed (superior room) was incredibly comfy and everything was very clean. Only weird point was that there was no soap in the bathroom (dispenser was empty), and water from the shower goes all over the bathroom when showering. Other than that our stay was perfect and we'll definitely come back in the future :)

The hotel was really nice and modern. The staff were really nice and polite. Overall I had a very amazing experience and I would definitely stay there again in future. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone who needs somewhere in expensive but modern to stay.

I don't understand how this place could possibly have neglected to put curtains on the windows to the rooms. There was a street lamp in my face the whole night and I had to put towels up over the windows. Also - they made a big deal about me purchasing the breakfast (9 euro) and I asked twice if it was good and they said it was a big nice breakfast - it was 3 pieces of bread. There place was clean and all that, but I could hear people walking around all night and it's not really close to anything. If it was really cheap it'd maybe be worth it.

This is a very simple, cheap, clean,hotel that has everything you need for a good night sleep.
I asked for a room on the back because the street is rather busy and I slept like a log also because it is possible to turn the room totally dark.
The difference betweeb excellent and very good is that the room was really small. This is OK for a one person on a business trip, but I think I would get a little cabin fever if I would have to stay there a long time or with two people.
