Stayed here for one night. Overall a good experience but spoilt by the whole area suffering a water supply cut. No water for a hour or so. Good bar area for sitting out with a drink after a long drive. The room was spacious enough but needed decorating and routine maintenance work. Good having tea and coffee making facility if... More

A good hotel with a great restaurant. We stopped for one night on our journey to Spain. A little way out of the main town centre but easy to find with secure parking. Room was standard with a comfortable double bed and decent shower. It also had tea and coffee making facilities which was a nice change for France. Checking... More

Room and bathroom small but clean and comfortable. Free parking with plenty of space. Complimentary tea and coffee and water. Average but filling buffet breakfast costing 9 euros each. Quiet hotel in a quiet location. Similar to a Travel Lodge.

A group of cyclists on a 10 day sponsored tour stayed here for 1 night. Our welcome was exemplary. It had been a very wet day and we were given help to wash and dry the saturated cycling gear for next day. The bicycles were stored safely overnight. There was a good breakfast next day.

We were on a a trip which started at Bordeaux and ended at Bilbao. This little Hotel was a choice of convenience because the next day was a wine tasting trip to St. Emilion. Nevertheless it was a very comfortable stay.

Marvellous restoration of a Renaissance building. Great host who also run a great restaurant. We booked for 1 night and stayed for 3. Very close to the Place Marcadiou, one of the finest untouched medieval squares in Europe. Great base for the vineyards, chateaux and romanesque churches.

Stayed here for overnight on way to Spain. Comfy bed, tea and coffee in room, very clean and excellent parking. Bit more expensive though.than other stop overs. Couldn't have found without the sat Nav as over a bridge and then a small sign to turn right and then left.

Stayed here two nights on business, a very clean smart hotel, the rooms were really nice, quite small but very modern. The showers were great, quite large, as I'm 6'4" tall it made a nice change. I stayed in room 127 which was excellent. We also ate in the restaurant one night and the food was ok, service very good.

Stayed here through insurance reasons and was satisfied with the room and hotel. As we had no car and there is only so much to be seen in Libourne itself - a car is needed to see the outer regions. I can see this however, as being a convenient and affordable alternative to Bordeaux and the vineyards themselves. Their restaurant... More
