This gueshouse has two different accommodations: a separate house for guests, and a "B&B". We stayed in the B&B. There are no pictures of the B&B interior on the home page of their own website or the BBCanada website. The pictures you see are of the guesthouse, which appears warm and cozy. The B&B section cannot be described this way.... More

We enjoyed the convenience of the Guest House for 3 nights in October. It allowed us to eat in rather than more expensive restaurant meals out -a perfect arrangement for senior hikers who are generally speaking, worn out at the end of the day! Shuttle service to the daily hike location was provided. Our second day coincided with the worst... More

We stayed in the Lionheart bed and breakfast for 2 nights in September. The owner met us on arrival and was efficient and business-like with us. However, despite having been informed by email when we booked, she had forgotten that we were vegetarian and was quite flustered about what she could do for our breakfast. I suppose I could do... This is a guest house with rooms of various size and a large shared kitchen and living room. We had room 1, on the main floor. The best thing about this room is the small adjoining deck, which is also elves as a separate entrance. The house is decorated in a Victorian style. It's quite dark and cool inside, partly... More

My husband and I stayed at Lionheart over MLK weekend and will definitely stay there again! The Far East room was lovely and I enjoyed the luxurious bathtub and access to the hot tub. We were the only ones staying there, since the winter season is quiet, so I can't vouch for the noise level during peak times, but the... More

Lionheart Guest House and B & B- welcoming, relaxing, a slice of Heaven, wonderful inn keepers who have thought of everything to make our stay great, a quick drive from Tobermory. Loved the Guest House with beautiful gardens. Better than staying in Tobermory!!!

We loved our stay in the Central Africa Room. Brilliant location for exploring both Lionshead and Tobermory. Would not hesitate to stay again in the future if we are ever back in that part of the world. Doug a genuinely lovely bloke. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a base to explore the area. Clean, tidy and friendly.... More

Lion heart guest house is one of this places you'r falling in love with from the moment you arrive. The property itself is beautiful, from the outside and from the inside. the guest house is a very ancient house, more than 100 years old, very homey and warm. there's a gorgeous living room and a completely equipped kitchen with anything... Stayed here for a week to celebrate my parents' 60th wedding anniversary. Stayed in the West Indies room which was quite spacious as it was handicapped accessible. The room, bathroom and eating area were very clean. Doug and Marlene Hill own and run the place in a laid back, but very accommodating manner. Both made us feel welcome and part... More

We enjoyed our stay (in the Far East Room) very much. Definitely one of the more spacious rooms we have encountered in any B&B. The Guest House is located near the heart of the village, but is very quiet and peaceful. Hospitality and breakfast were both very appreciated. We felt comfortable the entire time. The hosts are attentive to the... More
