We felt the room was good value for money. The beds were comfortable and having the bedrooms downstairs was great, also a nice view. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the floors, a problem with a crawling baby. Restaurant on site was yummy.

We drove into Lake Tepako and were taken back with the he beautiful lake , snow capped mountains. On arrival to Peppers reception we were greeted by all staff behind the counter. Staff were helpful and we walked up to our Deluxe lake view room. Opening of he door to our 3rd floor unit can only be described as Amazing!...

for $250 a night for a standard room, I would have expected a bigger room with more room to move, spotlessly clean bathroom, more towels, a microwave, more tea\coffee\sugar and a view. Instead we got a very small room where you only have enough room to just move in around the bed, bathroom tiles had pink fungus growing in the...

Very good hotel and nice view to the lake. Closer to town and convenient for trip arrangement. Nice set up in the room and facility. Friendly staff and some of them can speak Chinese. Worth to recommend to other guests.

While the location is convenient and ideal, for the price I paid, it wasn't value for money at all, worsened by the "complimentary" 100mb of free wifi which hardly lasted - 2 refreshes on TripAdvisor on my mobile device used up my allocation! Moreover, while the property is situated close to the water, many hotel rooms do not have a...

Had a standard room- 14 square metres. Tiny, filthy fridge, not vacuumed, air con was blowing dust, mouldy bathroom. Could hear the people up stairs. im guessing the more luxurious rooms were ok though.

Kia Ora, Thank you for your recent review on Peppers Bluewater, our hotel rooms are reflected in a lower price point, we do offer much larger rooms that do have a different price point. I guess the decision is yours, more room at a higher rate or less space at a more economical price. We hope to welcome you back...

Room was large and fitted us all nicely. Room wasn't ready at 2 when we arrived. It was torrential rain, hail and snow and we were told to come back in 30 minutes. (I would have suggested a free coffee/hot chocolate ) while we wait instead of sending us away to sit in our car at the local carpark as...
