fantastic service, location, rooms and food. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed dining outside beside the landscaped pond looking out over the blue waters of the lake and the sun setting on the mountains. Magic!

No one to help people who were 70 and over even thought they are the generation with money! It was a full house and parking near our room and no one to help us up the three flights of stairs. This should be standard at a Peppers resort.

Each time I visited Lake Tekapo, I selected Peppers Bluewater, but this time, I found that it is not as clean as before. There are many hairs on the bathroom floor, and the sleep sheet seems not be changed.

The view from the room was great, i could see the lake and mountains. The shower was really good also. The restaurant is amazing, the two best meals I have had in NZ have been at this restaurant, the mains at least, I could've taken the dessert or left it but in saying that I'm not a dessert person but...

Hotel is nice and modern. But the room was very small and over looked a car park. Not what I had hoped for. Could have stayed elsewhere for much cheaper and views of the lake. Tekapo is a beautiful place to stay

Gorgeous place to stay. Friendly staff and beautiful location. Would definitely return. Lots of space in the rooms except small bedroom but the rest was great. Cute little town but beware everything closes at 9pm

Lovely room , great roomservice, but the stay was tainted by a mouse running around the sitting area aat 11 pm. A call to reception produced no results but when the Duty Manager was told of the problem hhe immediately came to the room and helped to find the offending mouse ! He offered us an alternative room and complimentary...

We stayed in a 2 room apartment with beautiful view to the lake. We stayed for only one night so we didn't get a chance to make the most of this spacious apartment - on the second floor there was a large room that included a kitchen, dining area, and living room. We also ate at the restaurant on location...

We stay for only one night here but the place is really confortable, the facilities are really good and we enjoy the time there . The breakfast is nothing special, in fact it was too expensive for what they offer.
