As a travel agent I was quite disappointed with how my stay was. All of the dishes in our kitchen were dirty, no knives were supplied, their were missing tea towels and any cleaning equipment to clean our dishes. The washing machine wouldn't dry our clothes so they came and picked our clothes to dry them and when I picked...

We stayed here as a party of 7 across two rooms. Found on arrival that one of our rooms was upgraded from Mountain View to Lake View room. Both rooms were two bedroom apartments, very spacious, with full kitchen facilities. We stayed here overnight, but really would have loved to stay longer. Beds were comfy. Didn't sample their restaurant (cooked...

We stayed here as a base forcexploring the region and stayed in a 1-bed villa - the bedroom and bathroom were upstairs - downstairs was an open plan kitchen/ dining area and lounge. It was very spacious with air conditioning both up and down. The beds were particularly comfortable and sky TV was on both floors (we didn't use it...

A nice place to stay but our room was very small with no view and was dominated by the king-size bed, leaving no room to place luggage. If you want space around you, you would need to pay for one of the more expensive rooms.

We stayed at Peppers on a road trip and was surprised by the cleanliness, the friendliness , great value for money and we will return. The view is fantastic, the clean air and stars make you feel close to nature. This is a must when visiting New Zealand, "Not a place to mis" "Add them to your bucket list"

Loved Tekapo, was a great weekend getaway! Peppers was nice with friendly staff but I would recommend the bigger rooms as I didn't read it properly and ended up in a tiny wee (over night) room with no view and noisy neighbours. but the water pressure was amazing!! and breakfast was to die for!!!

Clean and modern, very good service at check-in and out. Good breakfast. The single room was very small though, just enough room to walk around the bed once the suit cases were in, so if it's just a stop over for the night its fine any longer make sure you request a bigger room. The rooms were very secure and...

This is quiet a large complex of villa type accommodation. We had a small bedroom with twin beds, large bathroom (with tub) on ground floor then upstairs small kitchen and living room. You could see the lake between other buildings. There was a washer under the stairs. Dinner was a buffet for our group, good food but ran out before...

We were there on our honeymoon and left a note when we made a booking. The hotel gave us a complimentary upgrade and even prepare a cheese and fruit platter in our room. The view from the room was also amazing, over Lake Tekapo. We will definitely recommend others to stay there in future.

We had booked a one bedroom "Mountain View Villa" through a New Zealand travel agent. I was taken aback when we checked in. Our primary view was the building in front with a series of air conditioners stuck to the outside wall. This was the the best ad for LG! The person at the reception desk was like a doll...
