I would have given them a 10 if breakfast was included. Excellent location in walking distance to the lake and town which is quite small but enough for what you need. Rooms were clean and lovely. I would definitely go back but would like breakfast included as it's not cheap to

Compared with the service received elsewhere, this was the worst hotel experience of my stay. Customer service at an all time minimum. No help with luggage, cleaner allowed herself into my room when the do not disturb sign was up and I was made to wait to check in even though

Absolutely nothing wrong with the place. Room was nice (lake view wasn’t quiet as good as we where expecting). It was modern, well appointed, clean and tidy and everything you’d expect from a high end Hotel, but we just can’t get past the value (or lack of). Yes it a remote

Kia Ora Deang, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay. We are glad to know that accommodation you were given was able to meet your expectation. We appreciate your feedback however please note the price is not set by us but determined by the market demand. We have had high percentage growth in tourist travelling to Mackenzie region compared to last year hence Tekapo is in demand and can seem expensive for some of our clients. We are glad to know that you enjoyed your dinner in our in-house Rakinui restaurant Once again our sincere apologies for the issue you have highlighted . we look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Kind Regards Dheeraj Bhaik

do you work there or what? So it is clients job to pay and clean the fan or heat pump before using. I thought the service industry in developed country should be quite complete but I can tell you the resort this size just one hour away from city in China has its own medical office and if they don't have the medicine they will try to help not just saying sorry. and I thought developed country making money from third industry which are providing service and education.

Why does the management fail to talk or reply to customers complaints
This has to be addressed by the management . Sounds like you have made a complaint with no avail??? However there were certain minor requirements that I wanted them to attend in our apartment too. I listed them and left on the pantry worktop. In a very remote area of South Island having a resort of this standard is remarkable.

We had a one bedroom villa which was perfectly adequate, although we were only there for one night. If you wish for children to share, I should go for a suite.
