As the title says this place has them. Yes it is cheap but there is a reason for it, the place is old & the rooms need a real good refurbish. The heater is preset so you cant even stay warm , the hot water is so poor you would be better having a bath in the pool. Only stay...

It's been some time since we stayed at this hotel. My surprise is that it is still trading! The only redeeming factor was the smiling reception staff, lulled us into booking in! We paid for a lake view room......we could just make it out over the ugly tin roof and TV antenna in front of our 'room'. The room was...

I have stayed here before but unfortunately it is the cheapest place to stay in Tekapo. Had a room by the swimming pool. The room was very dated, very, very tired and run down but was comfortable for the one night. Wifi was expensive. The electrical plugs and sockets for heater etc were very old and it was a worry...

Utmost regret staying here. The Worst Place i have ever stayed at. I paid $150 to stay in a lakeview room, and i couldnt believe it. The room was shocking. It had yellow curtains!!! A tiny television that was the size of a magazine. Had three channels, but was so staticy and kept dropping out. The room had a double...

I am actually currently staying here, and I am about ready to walk out a find somewhere else. I have never ever stayed anywhere as terrible as this. Horridly dated, pidley shower, paper thin walls. I can hear the people next door talking. Trying to watch Telly and it is so fuzzy it's unbearable! A little notice in the book...

A roof over our heads and a bed is what you expect at least and that is what we got, hence the two stars. The hot water supply is limited so be wary, there is no heating just cooling air con, what are they thinking in this cold part of NZ? The decor is hideous surely an upgrade would improve...

I stayed at this hotel with a friend of mine for only one night after an exhausting day at Mt. Cook. We arrived after 23, nothing was opened and since I knew the hotel’s reception closes at 22 I made sure I called them to let them know about my late arrival. The receptionist was so nice and kind, she...

The hotel is right in the town centre and close to the lake, restaurants, cafes, Earth n Sky office and souvenir shops. The front desk staff are very friendly. The carpet needs some serious cleaning. The room is very humid, so are the towels and bed linen. Not a pleasant stay.

We paid $185 for one night. We stayed with our 15 year old daughter. we had one queen bed and a single in the same room -very cramped! The restaurant was booked for a private function- we were advised when we checked in! We were going to get takeaways to eat in our room. NO plates, knives, forks etc. 3...
