I have stayed here for 2 weeks. The facilities provided here has everything I need. The apartment is closed to the shopping centre, train station and there's also restaurants closed by. Glen, Julie and Brenda are also very helpful to accommodate my needs. I would highly recommend here.

I recently repatriated from work in the USA due to the corona-virus pandemic. As my mother is high risk and my sister had just had a baby, we decided it was best I book into an apartment suite for my mandatory 14-day isolation period. Glenn was extremely helpful, providing information on the room available and how they are managing this adjusted sort of stay. I was provided plenty of towels and a change of linen for my two-week stay. It's a fantastic space, plenty of room with an open plan lounge, dining and well appointed kitchen with all the utensils and cooking equipment I need. It's been great having a light and green balcony to enjoy, given I can't leave during the isolation time-frame. Having a separate bedroom and en suite too means I don't feel overly confined in this space. I was able to organize food delivery too. If you're needing to self-isolate when returning to Melbourne I can highly recommend this place. They're also offering a reduced rate for this situation - only around $100 per night for a one bedroom, which is a bargain for what the space is (I've stayed in dodgy hostels that cost almost that!) They have it set up well for being stuck inside for 2-weeks: clearly outline how to protect yourself and other's staying here, and a thorough cleaning program organized for after you depart. Also, when things go back to "normal" this is a really good space for travelers too on business or leisure. I'm almost wanting to stay here rather than downgrade to the single spare room at my mum's after self-isolation.

Wonderful stay at the Apartments of Waverley. Great location with lots of family facilities close by the with wave pool, movies and ten pin bowling. A quick stroll and you are at the Glen Shopping Mall or take the train into town. Apartments were beautifully presented and immaculately clean. The king size beds were super comfy and the kids loved their room. Was great to be able to leave our portacot at home and have one provided as well as a high chair. Very family friendly ! Checking in and out was a breeze with Glenn. Will definitely stay again.

Have stayed here before and the townhouse we had this time was just as good as last time. Close to the train, close to numerous restaurants, The Glen shopping centre and the aquatic centre with a fab wave pool. Easy check in process, hosts very easy to deal with, nothing is a problem.

Four years ago when we visited Melbourne, we stayed in a well furnished townhouse in the suburb of Glen Waverley. We had good memories of our stay and of our wonderful hosts who went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Naturally, when we were in Melbourne this time again, we headed straight for the Apartments of Waverley which is run by both Julie and Glenn Jones. The warmth from the hosts remains intact and the well appointed facilities enhanced. This time we occupied a two-room apartment at Frank Street just off Springvale Road, an ideally situated location with close proximity to amenities like shops, restaurants, supermarkets and the newly renovated and soon to be completed Glen Shopping Centre. We also chanced upon an excellent Italian restaurant, Sette Bello who received rave reviews nestled in a business park just five minutes drive down the road. To top it all, efficient bus and rail connectivity to various parts of Melbourne are all located nearby. A train ride from Glen Waverley Railway Station takes only 35 minutes to Flinders Street Station, the heart of Melbourne City. With on-site secure parking in the basement and an elevator that takes you right to your apartment unit, you can’t ask for more. With just a phone call to state your time of arrival, Glenn will be waiting to escort you into the apartment to complete check-in formalities. Though the apartment is not serviced every day like a hotel, ample towels and toiletries to cover the duration of your stay are well provided. What we liked most about this place is that each unit is provided with its own wifi-router giving you strong signal and uninterrupted internet coverage. We also enjoyed watching the Australian TV channels and Foxtel.

Our apartment was spacious clean and modern with all the features we would normally require. However the bathroom was difficult for my wife who has some mobility issues. Though the bathroom was not modified, we managed however we would not repeat the experience.

We are pleased to have been able to provide complimentary assistance with removing our couch from the lounge to fit the mobility recliner; and a floor shower and ground floor apartment as requested. Although You have mentioned You would not repeat the experience, We advise that each time a guest visits Us, with hindsight and subject to availability, We attend to all their specific requirements to ensure they enjoy their stay more each time, and therefore suggest that should You return to stay with Us, We will remove the shower door and if advised (per our request on checkin - please contact Us should anything not be perfect) of interrupted service We will replace the Wifi router. We advise, subsequent to reading your review, Glenn will replace the router immediately. We have thought about whether one of our townhouses would be more suitable in future, however, although the lounges are bigger for the recliner, the showers are smaller than the large apartment showers with swing door. Very convenient location to access shopping malls, tennis etc without being in the hustle and bustle of the city. Clean, roomy apartments at a great price and the service was spot on. Will stay again when back in Melbourne

Recently stayed in Apartments of Waverley for 6 nights. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, modern and well appointed - everything was provided. Local calls, Wi-Fi and parking are all included in the price. A staff member met us at the apartment and took us up to our room and explained everything. These apartments are close to everything and off the main road which meant we had a good night's sleep. I would only suggest that the garbage shute be sanitized regularly as there is a very distinctive smell at that end of the building in the corridor. You don't get any smell in your room.

The townhouse which we stayed in at Mount Street was well appointed, clean and very comfortable, and really made us feel at home. The facilities were well laid out and whenever help was needed, the owners Julie and Glenn were just a phone call away. We remembered when the Foxtel and WiFi had connection problems, Glenn was at our door step within minutes to rectify the problem. But what really impressed us most was when our Hertz rental car had a puncture and assistance was not forthcoming from Hertz, Glenn suggested that we could leave the punctured tyre just outside the garage door along the driveway and he would come around to collect and have it fixed and brought back to us the next morning. Though we did not take up Glenn's kind offer, as we were leaving the next morning, we will always remember his thoughtful gesture!

We were orginally given a very modern 2bdr apartment in the Frank St complex, but were then (on request) moved into a 3bdr older style townhouse in Mount St. This is a great area, 5 minutes walk from everything the Glen shopping centre has to offer, but a very quiet residental area of Glen Waverley. Upon entry the to the 3bdr 2bath townhouse, a slight musty odour was a little off putting, but was quickly forgotten due the space and cleanliness of the house. Three good size bedrooms (1Q, 2S+2S) with ensuite, family bath, full laundry and a great kitchen which had a plethora of kitchen equipment. We had managed to get a good deal that included breakfast and as this was only a one night stay we had a great meal consisting of bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, muffins, oj, fruit and cereal before setting. Would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful accommodation to family and friends and we will be back soon.
