The location is extremely convenient. However, the service management is inflexible as it did not cater for late check-in and I had to arrange for a friend to pick up the key to the apartment.
The unit is very spacious for a 2-bedroom apartment but the bedrooms do not have heater and it was super cold in winter and I believe it will be super warm in summer.

The location and facilities within the apartments were great however I was extremely disappointed that management was totally inflexible in the current situation. I had to cut my stay short due wot COVID19 and I could not get a refund although I had been staying for 10 days when I needed to leave. The manager said his management team would not refund, could offer a credit but not a refund. I find that in this crrent situation and Melbourne in its current state they could have been flexible. Thankfully we just got out of Melbourne before shut down and due to work I had to be in Geelong the follow weekend. This move cost me $480 - money that I do not have in this current time.
It is the first and only time I have been really unhappy with a situation and had to then go and pay the same for accommadation in Geelong.
I would certainly never recommend this place to stay due to this issue. Peoples plans change and accommodation facilities HAVE TO BE FLEXIBLE.
Never once did the manager ask if I would accept a partial refund and a credit - not just a credit.
Sorry I cannot be too much help but just want to warn travellers.
However totally different story with The Waterfront in Geelong. Pleasant and flexible and nothing has been too much trouble so look out for that review.

Room was modern and spacious. Nice balcony with city views. Room controlled heating. They do take a room bond which is refunded in a few days after checking out. Everything you might need for an extended stay is here including an in room laundry. parking is $10 extra per night and allocated parking.

First impressions not good , reception at reception was abrupt , unhelpful and unfriendly. The guy appeared bored and disinterested.
On entering the unit we firstly noticed the apparent poor cleaning standards , as we looked closer it got worse , see photo. Ill only post one , as they say " a picture tells ........"
Then , we went out onto the balcony and received a severe fright as the floor tiles were loose and moving around due to poor building standards, didn't end there though, the electrical wiring of the apartment was an issue , the bathroom lights worked ok , but when someone was in the ensuite , those lights overrode the bathroom lights , so , Im in the bathroom , ensuite lights turned off , then darkness ! This is a safety issue . We reported this.
On the second day , we noticed a foul odor , it was appalling , even on the 7th floor , we had to put a blanket under the door to try to stop the stench.
Apparently the plumbing isn't real good either , the building shares a drain with thee crab restaurant next door , so apparently it was rancid crab juice , residents ( from the 13th floor ) said its happened before and the management hasn't done anything.
The management didn't seem to care , and funnily enough , reception wasn't often manned after that.
On the positive side , good location if you want to shop at the Glen , or eat in an Asian restaurant.

The was so much that was terrible. The smell in the building from the Boiling Crab restaurant, the smell in the car park was so overpowering my wife was dry reaching, lack of cleaning in the apartment with hair all over the floor and in the shower, the smell of cigarette smoke in the corridors, lights not working, the iron was unusable, stains on the carpet, need I go on. Don’t stay there we will not ever again!!

Been here for a few time and never get disappoint by the service and cleanliness. Very convenient place to go to Glen shopping centre which’s located just opposite the main door of the building. Highly recommend
