This is probably one of the hardest reviews I have had to right because of the drastic variability in the various aspects of our stay here. First of all, the strength of this property is the small but incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Valeria and Christian are a wonderful combination that naturally make you want to smile and will always...

We spent 4 nights here in April; upon arrival we were greeted warmly by a smiling Valeria who immediately made us feel at home. There was no fuss about checking in (to be done at our leisure), she sat us down in the comfortable lounge with a bottle of Malbec to talk about the area and the activities. The hotel...

We are pleased to hear your words. It makes us feel great to know you had a good time and experience at Postales. We definitely had some good chattings about wine and Catena, didnt we.? Thank you for sharing. Warm hugs and we really hope to see you again in your next trip to Argentina.-

There is nothing "boutique" about this hotel, quite the contrary. It is rather filthy- hairs in the bath-tube and the communal toilette was beyond disgusting, had not been cleaned for days. Basic, as the breakfast too. Would not return/recommend in a million years. There are so many other better hotels in the area. Do not waste your money as this...

We stayed there for 3 nights and we would definitely stay there again! It was nice, clean, quiet and the staff was super friendly. They have a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, awesome to relax. They helped us book hotels and trips in the North of Argentina and even called other hotels for us as we travelled during crazy...

We spent six days here and were very pleased. The room was simple but clean and quite comfortable, and pretty goood-sized. The hotel's real strong point is the reception staff. They arranged for us six dinner reservations, two winery tours, a hiking trip, two loads of laundry and bike rentals. , a somewhat upscale suburb, is a good location for...

When we first arrived, we were a little worried that we were too far from Mendoza, but it turns out that the area was great. A lovely market that was not too touristy, and there are some excellent restaurants in the area (Dantesco's was great, the hand of god had delicious food (but the service was not fabby)). Once we...

Service is by far the shining star of this hotel, and in my opinion it negates the shortcomings mentioned in the next paragraph. Camilla by day and another very nice woman (unfortunately, I never got her name) at night were incredibly helpful with hiking ideas, dinner and winery reservations, and setting up and clearing a table for us to have...

Stayed in 2 rooms for three nights. Rustic and relaxing feel to the hotel. Staff were very helpful, great English and advised some excellent trips. Breakfast a little basic and minimal relative to other hotels in Argentina for similar price. Rooms also basic but clean. Pool not appealing. Jacuzzi out of service for some time it would appear. No options...

Dear guest: Thank you very much for writing your review. Despite the different options of restaurants we have in Chacras de Coria, we are planning to open our own Restó at the hotel for our guests. We are pleased to hear you liked the wineries and places to visit that we had recommended to you. Best regards.-

I recently stayed at this quaint boutique hotel in Chacras. The room itself was nice and private. The weather turned cold, however, and while the room did come with a space heater, you couldn't watch tv and use the space heater at the same time!! The day after I checked out I realized I had left 4 items hanging in...

We are so sorry to hear this. The hotel has changed its managers and administration. We are a whole new company since last November. When we took control of the hotel , no personal belongings were found, otherwise we would have contacted you after reading your review. Best regards.-
