Don't expect a 5 stat hotel but I had spend the same price in other hotels for less or worst. You'll have breakfast for free, coffe, toasts, juice and cereal. Pool is a bit small but ok, they are currently under construction so its a little bit uncomfortable if you want to sleep till late or go to the pool early....

We had an easy check-in & the staff was friendly. Our room was nice and clean and the grounds were beautifully kept. My husband and I were one of few guests there at the time of the stay so we basicly had the beach and pool to ourselves. The view is spectacular. I would certainly stay there again if given...

We visited while the staff were preparing for Valentine's Day weekend and were decorating the patio of the restaurant. We were invited to sit in an area where the staff were working and very far from the scenic and desirable table locations. We were the only guests. The desirability of this location is the view. The bartender was kind and...

The manager pretended not to speak English any longer midway through telephone call. The customer service here does not exist. We booked our wedding, they booked a rave the same night! They never told us. We thought we would have the place to ourselves.

My family used to visit this hotel when I was little and the service, food, and quality in general was really great. The experience these days was totally the opposite. The activity for New Year’s Eve was not the expected. The buffet was really basic for the price and there’s was a lack of employees to provide a good service....

This hotel is not by any means fancy or modern, it's actually a very old hotel. It was built in 1930 and could definetely use lots of renovations. The rooms are not exquisite or fancy but have great views from the balcony. However, this hotel has what no other hotel on the island has, which is the type of landscape...

My family and I had a great time in this hotel. The room was confortable and has great air conditioning. It had a balcony with a beautiful ocean view. You can walk to the ocean from the hotel and walk to the famous tunnel, where a train used to pass. There were rock formations and beautiful trees. The hotel also...

Definitely the experience was bad. When the night comes, you really wish the morning to arrived just to go out from this place. Service is the worst part. Rooms are not desirable, bathroom tub didn't have hot water the first night, also the water faucet and drainage was broken. A lot of mosquitoes around, we had to bought insect spray....

This was our view from our room. The hotel is great. The only thing is that it would be great if it had a mini fridge in the rooms. If you need water or soda there's a soda machine but it was broken. I give it a 8

I book it using an online system reservation. Reservation was not a problem, but service upon arrival was a night mare. I was in another town of Puerto Rico like 3 hours for them I am call them many times trying to inform them that I was going to have a late arrival. Nobody answered. When arriving I was lost...

MarRivera, 5 May 2015 | Read review
“I believe all rooms face the ocean and I always go on the 2nd floor, more toward the middle of the building. The further away from the office, the more private it is. But if you need something it will be a longer walk back to the office. Sometimes it is one person in the office and they cannot leave.”
