We stayed at barefoot for 4 nights. During our stay we used the pool, the beach (which is only steps away from the Inn), Kayaks with a trip to Monkey Island accompanied by Bob and Kieshya (a must do!!!) and a drive to El Yunque and Luquillo beach. Each day was better than the next. We had an amazing time...

We stayed at Barefoot travelers over Labor Day weekend for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Keishya & Bob were wonderful hosts and gave us insightful information regarding things to do in Eastern PR. One afternoon Keishya led a kayak excursion for us and another couple (Hi to Jim & Gerrie!! Happy Anniversary!!) to an island just off of...

We had a very good stay in the Humacao area at the Barefoot traveler. It's right in between Naguabo and Humacao. Great Pinchu stand right out on route 3, very close, a block away and a great bakery also close by. They also offer trips on Kayaks. We totally enjoyed the trip to Monkey Island, a AAA expereince, Keyshya &...

A 4 day jaunt to Puerto Rico was made memorable by not only the clean, comfortable guestrooms at the Barefoot Travelers Rooms but also by the opportunities provided by Keishya and Bob, the lovely proprietors. The guestrooms were comfortable and clean, access to it's kitchen invaluable (especially for this coffee addict), the pool refreshing and relaxing and cable TV for...

There is not much else to say: Keishya and Bob simply are the BEST! From the moment, I first wrote to Keishya inquiring about availabilities at their guesthouse, she not only took the time and care to answer all of my questions and reassure me that it was safe for a solo woman to travel around Puerto Rico, but she...

My wife and I stayed with Keishya and Bob for 3 nights during what was described by everyone we spoke to as the "rainiest its ever been this time of year"! Not to fear or worry. The care and the genuine hospitality of both made us welcome and quite comfortable. Despite the not so great weather, Keishya and Bob helped...

The accommodation was everything we hoped for (clean, stylish and with a relaxing atmosphere). The advice from Bob and Keisha was excellent (great tips on the local restaurants and the sailing trip with East winds was incredible, Thank you!). We had a beautiful few days in Humacao (a prime location for exploring the east coast of Puerto Rico). The hosts...

If you're looking for a relaxed, unpretentious, clean place to stay, then you'll love this inn. It's located in a small neighborhood, and is just a few blocks from a quiet beach. In the evenings, you'll love the sound of the coqui frogs. We were traveling with our 10-month-old daughter, so it was very nice to have use of the...

My wife and I booked a ten day stay at the Barefoot Travelers based on the many outstanding reviews they have received at Trip Advisor. As many of the other reviewers have pointed - Barefoot Traveler is unique and what makes it unique are Keisha and Bob the owners and hosts. Their knowledge of Puerto Rico is truly extensive and,...

This place was amazing. Bob and Keishya were two of the best hosts we could have possibly asked for. My husband and I planned this vacation pretty last minute and hadn't actually planned anything other than our flight and the fact that we were staying here for the first four nights of our stay. Keishya had amazing suggestions for things...

“The guesthouse is the entire first floor of their home. One master bedroom with a private bath and two single bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All the rooms are comfy, just depends how much privacy you want. It really feels just like you're staying over a friend's place. Warning! Beds are VERY firm. However, I typically sleep on a soft mattress but slept really well regardless.”
