The hotel is ok but nothing to write home about. It's a nice setting but the rooms need some upgrading to really be considered a 4 star hotel. Go somewhere else! What was most irritating about the 4 days in stay in this hotel was the staff attitude. The barman thinks he is doing you a favor by serving you....

Dear customer, We are sorry not to have known how to satisfy you. Because in spite of its retro decoration our establishment situated actually at the top of a cliff offers charm and the authenticity. All our rooms(chambers) have sea view and have an equipment of big comfort .Nous let us have accessible(approachable) rooms(chambers) without staircases, our front office manager...

Our room was clean, had all the amenities, a nice view, staff were friendly and helpful. Food for breakfast was good but slow in replenishing the bins; the grounds were green, lush and clean; pool is the same depth from one end to the other; nice beach bar with food, small beach but nice location and views. It is close...

We had a lovely ocean view room. It was large, clean and a deep tub just perfect for soaking in. The breakfast was very good and they will do made to order omelettes, eggs and crepes if you ask. Did not have dinner there the menu was not to our liking.

Beautiful property with very nice updated rooms. We stayed there the first and last night of a week in Gwada (as they call it), and it was perfectly situated for the airport while still feeling very tropical. There's a very attractive pool and a tiny beach. The food is nice at the breakfast buffet and the dinners were really delicious,...

Dear customer Thank you for your comment which I shall pass on to the teams On the restauration, our cooking prepares the card with fresh products and with order what gives a slower service but our dishes are delicious and very appreciated. Actually we noticed that the customers today want to have dinner quickly We shall watch to improve these...

We stayed here with friends at both ends of a catamaran sailing holiday from the nearby marina. It was convenient for the airport as well, and the first sight of the grounds, trees, lawns, and gardens on the edge of a blue sea gives a good impression. But that's frankly where the advantages end. The concourse looks rather tired, and...

This was our first visit to Guadeloupe. It was with my wife, my grown son and a friend of his. We were there for 5 days, over a weekend and had 2 rooms which were really nice, though a bit aged but very clean. The room balcony views of the ocean were really spectacular. SERVICE: I must say that in...

Very cute hotel but HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The bar and waitstaff do not care if you are happy! No effort was made to make us feel welcome. When Ordering cocktails or food they seemed too preoccupied with themselves. Rude, not friendly at all! Very disappointed! Our room was "ok", nothing exciting. Shower was broke. Food was fine but not great!...

What a shame! it used to be a very charming hotel, unfortunatly, the managment is behind the times. Rooms need to be entirely renovated. The housekeeping doesn't have any hoover,(this is what they said, when i complain about the dirty room with many hairs and sand into my room, on the floor , on the seat, into the bathroom) the...

Overpriced hotel for what you will get. Arrogant and rude wannabe french caribbean people who are not willing to help or give advice. Breakfast is a shame. Cheap buffet. Dinner is also bad kitchen. I wanted to order a burger on the terrasse and they told me I could only get it in my room... All I wanted is a...

We stayed 1 night prior to our 7 day catamaran sailing and 2 nights after our catamaran sailing. The staff are wonderful, when we came back for our 2 nights after our sailing they upgraded our room from ocean view to ocean front. The breakfast and view from the table was fabulous. Not much outside of the hotel grounds that...
