We stayed here for 2 nights over the Easter weekend. The castle itself is beautiful from the outside - however, the neighbourhood isn't great as there are two residential areas on each side, should make more effort to mention it on their website as this isn't very clear. The inside of the hotel, the reception area with the fireplace was...

Wanted to spend just one night in a Scottish Castle and picked Tulloch. Had a lovely room, well decorated, beautiful bathroom four poster bed and a balcony. I found the reception rather dark, and in need of a lick of paint. Corridors were also lacking in detail, and in need of painting. The bar was a bit sparse, but they...

Spent a night with my family during holiday trip around Highlands. We booked McKenzie apartment, however, due to unforeseen repair were offered to switch to 3 rooms instead which were clean, lovely and with old charm. Very nice public premises with live fireplace and comfortable sofas. We found hotel's staff being helpful and smiling and enjoyed a ghost tour at...

I picked this castle at random because it was on my list of things to do, to stay in a castle and sleep in a 4 poster bed (so 2 boxes ticked in one go). On arrival it was like stepping back in time and felt a bit Adams family(ish) - but in a nice way. We'd travelled from Edinburgh...

The staff are wonderful, our room was fantastic, the food was fabulous and the service excellent, the ghost tour was brilliant! The staff were attentive but there was a great relaxed atmosphere, as well as the tour we had time to wander around the dungeon, grand...

This was our fourth visit, we stayed a week, wish it could have been longer. We were in room 12 again which is one of the refurbished rooms. I found the bed so comfortable. Plenty of space in this room plus a balcony with nice views over Dingwall. Some mentioned tired rooms but the refurbishment can only be done in...

We stayed for three nights while traveling through Scotland for two weeks. Tulloch Castle made the trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff made all of us feel at home. Abby was at the front desk and when she found out that my mother had a difficult time making it up too many stairs, she got her a room...
