A clean hotel with newly refurbished rooms, very convenient for the centre of st Ives, but a bit away from the Saturday night noise - so good for a night's sleep. There is a lot of onsite parking and very helpful, kindly staff

The hotel is pleasant, staff area welcoming, parking is very convenient as there is free parking directly out side. There is not a huge selection in terms of the continental breakfast. There are cereals. Some dried fruits to add to your cereal and tined fruit i.e peach slices. To get value for money have the cooked breakfast which is really...

No carpet in the room (serves me right for not packing my slippers!), the decor was trendily dark, and the bed was a bit hard, but basically...

£75, over the top. No plug in the sink. No fan in the room so windows needed to be open all night. It is located on a relatively busy road which comes to life around 6am. At 7am at least 5 vehicles a minute. Was going to have a lay in and late breakfast but not now.

Easy to find, plenty of parking. Charming and efficient staff, nothing was too much trouble. Room very clean, comfortable and spacious with all MOD cons. Reasonably priced. breakfast included. Found it to be quiet and slept well considering it was fully booked. We booked well in advance.

We stayed here as we were attending a wedding in the area Our arrival was dealt with swiftly and efficiently, we were seen to our room and shown the amenities. It was cool when we walked in but as we started to get ready the heat became unbearable. We tried to open the bottom window but the sash had broken....

The hotel was clean and friendly and the room quite spacious. The room was a little tired but it was not a problem. The staff were very friendly. The cost was good and the breakfast was very good and plentiful.
