The rooms are huge, well-equipped and comfortable. We stayed in both the Junior Suite and Superior Lake-Side room on different nights. Both had a kitchen. The Junior Suite had two toilets, vast balcony and a separate living room. The spa was lovely but quite busy during the day, with people having physiotherapy sessions in the pool. Part of the hotel...

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights last week. It is in a beautiful location with stunning views over the lake. The 201 bus stops right outside and runs very frequently. We booked a double room with lake view but were amazed to find we had a fully equipped suite. The service was excellent. I requested gluten free bread...

We stayed one night here to see a gig at the Montreux Jazz Festival. Basement parking was convenient but cost extra. The room had a great view of the lake. It also had a massive portable (and unnecessary) air conditioning unit taking up one corner. We didn't use the spa. Some of the building the hotel occupies seems to be...

Stayed in a Lake View Suite which was extremely large. Also had a large balcony with a wonderful view. Whilst it’s a little out of Montreux, we actually found that a plus. You can walk to town along the waterfront, or catch the bus that stops directly outside the hotel. The room was quiet and we slept with the balcony...

The staff could not have been more friendly they helped us when we needed them, and the rooms were massive, clean, with kitchen, dining area, sitting area, small balcony, Transport was on doorstep and how clean it was, and a short walk down to Lake Geneva.

Upon entering the room I was struck by the roominess and the view. A stunning view of Lake Geneva and the downtown. All the comforts of home. While the rooms are not cheap,(250 a night) it was well worth it. The bus(201) stops is right in front and is a short ride to downtown. The staff is very friendly and...

Stayed at the Bristol Hotel and Spa for the 50th Montreux Jazz Festival. Staff was very nice and rooms were clean. It was only a 10 minute bus ride from the main venue. would stay again. The hotel restaurant had good food selections and was very good.

The hotel was decent. Rooms were a bit weird. I had a lake view suite and they confirmed that the room was A/C, but when we entered the room the living room had the AC and the room didn't. But they were helpful enough to put a cooler in my room. Also, there is nothing like room service. Make sure...

True the hotel is not new, but it is extra clean. And what you receive in service from everyone, it is as if you were in a 5 star hotel. The views are incredible, food fenomenal, the experience is great. We really want to point out the level of service, everyone is so nice, they actually do care about you....
