I usually go to Llanos to do XC skiing and this time I decided to sleep at the hotel Saturday night. All covid protocols were in place, room was extremely clean and quiet, good internet connection and delicious dinner! They even made an exception for me and prepared breakfast earlier than the start time.
Fabulous location, friendly staff, good quality meals (country-style rather than fancy), nice rooms - though ours had a smell coming from the drains the whole time, which the staff seemed unable to fix! - all made for a very pleasant five days. The highlight of course is the local environment, and the trails were all well marked and very enticing.
Great classic place with charm and traditional atmosphere. Friendly staff, nice rooms, good food and stunning views. When you love the mountains this is the place to be. Base "camp" for many walks or biking. Worth the detour.
Lovely friendly staff. Breakfast and evening meal very good. Room comfortable. Hotel has quirky / interesting decor and is ideally located for activities from the hotel which is surrounded by superb scenery.
The hotel is superbly situated high up in the mountains with good trekking and winter sports, a stunning location. The whole place feels cosy with lots of dark wood and intricate carvings, but the rooms are a little bit too dark in the end. Also, too hot in the middle of winter! Beds very comfortable, rooms and bathrooms large. The food is good, and not expensive, but if you stay full board, the lack of variety in the menu detracts. The spa facilities need working on.
