Too expensive for a twin bedroom with shared toilet. Honestly, we have paid much less than this with far better conditions than this in the Biscoitos area. I have spent almost 3 weeks in Azores and this was by far the worst night I spent in the islands. Our room was turned to the road and we could hear all the traffic noises. It was like I was right next to each car that passed by. We have found huge cockroaches in the building, including in our bedroom. I could not sleep...Terrible experience... I certainly do not recomend this place.

500 mts from the airport with a view to the landing strip, this family owned guest house indeed is a treat. Many plane spotters choose this place to take landings at the US Air Force Base Lajes. Has a wonderful restaurant selling great sea food and fresh fish. Had the luck to see fighters, F16's and other war planes. Worth a visit. Apart from plane spotting the local culture, and tradition of roadside bull fighting is also a treat
