We spent two weeks at the hotel and we really liked it. It is a three-star hotel but I have visited many four-star hotels which did not have such good services. We enjoyed our stay very much. Location: right in the centre, near the port and the center of the town. Rooms: spacious and clean rooms. The bathroom accessories should be improved but anything else was really good. Service: extremely friendly and helpful staff who made our stay more convenient. They helped us anytime we needed, they were always smiley and ready to help. Atmosphere: 5/5

Great value. Great staff. Good Continental breakfast. Easy access to great restaurants, bars and beach. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Shopping is a 5 minute walk. Beautiful view of the beach and marina.

I flew in from Sao Miguel and nestled into this hotel for 1 night before embarking back to the states. I was here in 15 minutes from the airport. There is a beach located right outside and plenty of little snack bars and shops. The room was quaint, clean and super comfy. The service was great and staff spoke immaculate English! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to loaf around on the beach or do some people watching on the strip! Thank you Terceira, you are a gem!

We were a large group checking in at the hotel, but the attendant was well organized and it went smoothly an quickly. My room was overlooking the hallway... But I wasn't there for very long, so I didn't mind. It was quiet and clean. There are no iron and ironing board, so something to keep in mind. It was fairly easy to adjust the temperature to make the room comfortable. The one negative point was that there was no tea/coffee amenities in the room. The breakfast is simple, but satisfying. The view is breath taking and right on the water. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
