We stayed here for 3 nights, but we wish we could stay here forever! The farm house located on the rolling hill top overlooking Pienza on one side, and Montepulciano on the other side. The best view! From the moment I stepped into the room, we know we picked the right place. - The room was thoughtfully decorated, and has...

My boyfriend and I loved this agriturismo. It's a working farm on a hill with amazing views of UNESCO-protected Val d'Orcia and Pienza. Our room was well appointed rustic chic. And the breakfasts were pure Tuscan home cooking with ingredients straight from the farm, made by Daniella, the farmer's wife. Highly recommended for a quintessential Tuscan experience, good for the...

It's an old historic farm, but the bathrooms are modern and very well combined with traditional stone of the farmhouse . The rooms are very nice and clean. My wife, my daughter and I liked the place very much. The location, surrounded by spectacular landscape of Tuscany, was perfect for me (passionate photographer). Alessandra (fluent in English) was fantastic. We...

We arrived (six cyclists) to this lovely ancient hilltop farmstead and all of us were enchanted with the setting. It was our home base for a three days of venturing out to neighboring Pienza, Montepulciano, and Monticciello, and then on to Montalcino. On our three week trip, it stands out as our favorite memory. The one larger room served us...

Secluded, private, on a real working farm: A spectacular view below Pienza with pigs, olive trees, a real farmer fixing a broken tractor. It was an idea hub for our group to take off on Bicycling trips 30 km east, then west. Great breakfasts included, clean and private rooms, Without speaking much English Alesandro was able to communicate a warm...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Our family has chosen to work in the countryside using the organic farming since over twenty years. We live in Val D’Orcia, the land of clays and gullies; a few steps away from Pienza, in a typical homestead on a hill surrounded by olive trees and ancient oaks. In this particular environment we try to share with our guests the taste for silence, simplicity and the authenticity and sweetness of the country life, in terms of quality, rhythms and food. ... more   less
