It was a different and cool experience staying here. Very old villa, got kind of a creepy vibe. It's definitely beautiful and charming. The service at the bar could have been better, a lot of time no one was there and very hard to get a drink.

Stayed at this beautiful place in August for 2 weeks and had a fantastic holiday. Having read some pretty negative reviews on here we were a little apprehensive but this completely disappeared the minute we walked through the front doors. I would suggest that if you like to stay in spotless, sterile and soulless hotels then this place is definitely...

Read the reviews before arrival so had open mind. We were given room 42 which is classed as an apartment. Room was at the rear of the villa overlooking the hillside. Plus points:- This villa is a converted monastery and architecturally is magnificent. The property is high on the hill with spectacular views across the valley. There are lovely grounds...

Beautiful beautiful beautiful This place in unreal. Stunning views, great walking trails to just get lost. This place is somewhere were you sit enjoying a glass of wine watching the view for the afternoon. To be honest the rooms when we first walked in terrified us because We felt like It was in hogwarts and the cupboards look like they...

If you want a true holiday experience, this is the place. We loved it. The rooms are 3 star at best, however the old girl's charm and uniqueness makes up for the lack of modern, high end finishes. The restaurant is fabulous and there are options close by in nearby towns. The views are 5 star and when a family...

This a beautiful converted monestry, the restaurant is fantastic, as are all common areas stunning and spacious. Rooms are a bit dated but the views more than compensate, the pool is set in lower grounds. Staff are very helpful , but scarce, especially by the bar ! would go back... 5mins from designer shopping outlet ! definitely need a car...

Villa Pitiana is a 2 star hotel dressed up as a 4 star. The place is worn, badly in need of redecoration, paint, maintenance and cleaning. Nevertheless, it is a fantastic house in a fantastic setting. The view and the gardens are spectacular. The place has so much potential and it is so annoying that it is blatantly mismanaged. The...

Spent four nights here this month. The reviews that say the hotel could benefit from touching up in some places are true, but it is NOT unclean. It is the most stunning building, with so much history and atmosphere. The area it is set in is beautiful too. By far though, the best thing about the hotel is the restaurant....

Our group of 45 spent two nights at this delightful former monastery. It eluded with charm. The rooms were each unique with its furnishings. Some had opulent headboards, others had modest wrought iron headboards. Mine was wrought iron!
