From a two weeks, I am on holiday in Italy. During the first week I staied in a beautiful Borgo in Tuscany, Borgo Casabianca, in the hearth of Crete Senesi, because I was guest to marriage of my great friend. The suggestive and romantic Borgo is very fit for marriage ceremony and his staff is very kind and professional. I am...

We were concerned about some mixed reviews we read, but our only disappointment was that we only had one night to spend on our trip from Florence to Rome. We found the hotel with the help of a great GPS system (just put in the coordinates and it got us right to the front door!!) and we were very impressed...

We stayed at the Casa Bianca in late June and were very disappointed. We chose this hotel based on the website pictures and several reviews we read. Unfortunately, the website pictures did not match our expierence. Our room appeared to be clean however there were many bugs and spiders throughout. The pool looked great from afar however there were so...

We were recently married (late June) in Italy and had the reception at CasaBianca. My wife and I had an absolutely superb time, having got to CasaBianca on the Sunday prior to the wedding. We had a week relaxing by the beautiful pool and sampling the food from the lovely restaurant. When it came to the wedding reception, we would...

We stayed in Casabianca while on holidays in Tuscany in September 2006 for four nights; we had booked for one night and liked it so much we stayed an extra three nights. The location is perfect with fantastic views of theTuscan countryside. The hotel itself is a beautiful converted farmhouse with surrounding appartments which retains its original charm while serving...

We rented a car from Bologna and drove down to Asciano in the dark. We arrived at midnight so it was hard to see anything when we first arrived at the hotel and we did have a very hard time locating the hotel from the map that was provided. A little scary being lost at night in a strange country....

Based on the reviews in TripAdvisor I may have set my expectations too high and was a bit disappointed. First, the location is lovely and the views are splendid. The grounds are also terrific. But, the hotel itself just seems to be lacking something. It's the least picturesque part of the property. Our room was drab and cheaply decorated. Yes,...

For Christmas we enjoyed our second visit to Casabianca in Tuscany. We have also stayed in the early summer. The hotel rooms are lovely, and the apartments which we utilized are perfect for families, and couples interested in extended stays. There is even a small, beautifully restored private chapel. The location, about 30 minutes southeast of Sienna, is gorgeous and...

What a fabulous experience -- Casabianca made us fall in love with Italy and we loved, loved, loved the hotel! We have experienced great hotels but none with so much charm. Every part of our visit was incredible from the drive to the hotel through the most magnificent countryside to the outstanding service we received. We had 3 nights there...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The 18th-century manor house, in this 4-star Tuscan hotel, has three rooms and six suites, some of which still have original frescoes. Attention to detail makes this little village quite unique, from the rooms to the suites and from the pool area to the restaurant which serves local Tuscan specialties and has an excellent wine list. The renovations carried out on the village have brought Casabianca back to its former splendor and involved not just the buildings, streets and gardens but also the farm lands and the olive groves. The production of oil, which was once the farm's main activity, is still alive today and the result is an excellent D.O.P. Terre di Siena extra-virgin olive oil: a precious flavor of Tuscany. From the hotel there are splendid vistas of the charming Tuscan countryside towards the Montalcino hills, Mount Amiata, the Crete and Siena. An unforgettable spectacle. ... more   less
