From the moment we arrived we felt instantly calm, the hotel is beautiful and the view from our sea view rooms can only be described as breathtaking! The infinity pool is stunning! The hotel itself is absolutely spotless! All of the staff were happy, smiling and helpful especially Danny who served us drinks around the pool on our last full...

OK, three great things about Grand Hotel due Golfi: 1) Possibly the most fantastic view of any hotel room we've enjoyed around the world. From our balcony we looked down on the town of Sorrento, the Gulf of Naples, and Mt. Vesuvius in the background. Spectacular any time of the day. 2) Clean! Again, this may be the cleanest hotel...

Due to our late arrival in Sorrento we took a taxi to the hotel. This was costly at over 53 Euros. The Sita bus does the same journey but we were too tired to wait. The journey up the mountain to the hotel was our first real experience of Italian driving. I thoroughly recommend a big drink beforehand. On arrival...

We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were really glad that we made this hotel our base as it was away from the hustle and fumes of Sorrento. The views are to die for. Our room was on the smallish side but perfectly adequate. The pictures on the hotel website don't do it any justice and...

Have stayed at this hotel many times and will be returning twice this year. The staff are the friendliest you could wish for. Cleanliness and attention to detail are spot on. It is close to the village and is a good base for exploring on foot.

Back here again for the new year, our second holiday at the Dui Golfi this year. New Year is definitely a different time to come, most of the customers at the hotel and in town are Italian with very few British tourists. The experience, particularly looking out over the town and towards Naples at midnight on New Year's Eve is...

we found this hotel purely by accident when looking for hotels in Sorrento - what an absolute find !! We were celebrating my wife's birthday and holidaying with friends we hadn't seen for years. What a special holiday we managed to have - the hotel staff and the local people were so friendly right from the minute we arrived. Opening...

Apologies for the lateness of this review. As a number of people have already written we hesitate to offer this opinion as the Due Golfi is a jewel of an Hotel and we want to keep it to ourselves. Everyone connected with this place are so 'proud of belonging' and so they should be as they are absolutely brilliant at...
