Just returned from a lovely two week stay at the Palazzo Iaquinto. The owner Giovanni picked us up from the airport and drove us down. He brought with him delicious pastries as we had very early flight and had no breakfast. A nice touch. The palazzo is an old sympathetically restored building. Our apartment was huge, airy and well decorated and furnished. Great view looking over the beach. Comfortable beds, nice linens, fresh towels, daily maid service. Bathroom had huge wet room as well as a bath. All very clean and well maintained. Small modern kitchen, not that we used it much as so many good places to eat, apart from the fridge to chill wine and water. Breakfast is included which included croissants, rolls, cakes cereals and fruit. Good coffee too, just help yourselves. We like the privacy of an apartment to a hotel. The owners were very friendly, helpful and there everyday if you did need anything. A lift takes you right down to the beach. Near shops, places to eat and drink. We found it a very, easy relaxing place to stay. Love to return soon.

Just returned from a wedding week in Italy and the hotel was so poorly managed it was ridiculous! We had to move rooms three times and so did many of the guests. The hotel owner/Manager was so rude and didn’t have a clue of who should of been in what room! Blamed everything on booking.com! We paid for a balcony but didn’t get it, Management lied to booking.com and said we chose to move rooms with a another guest! Complete lies! I will never stay here again! Be warned.

Love this place. It's a family run business and everyone we encountered through pre-booking to check-out were really friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves are just fabulous, literally on the beach with various balconies and verandas allowing viewing of the amazing sunset. The location is on the main strip so everything is on your doorstep, pizza, beer, cocktails, ice cream, beach. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I have just returned from a 5 day stay at Palazzo Iaquinto. We were attending a friend's wedding nearby. The very tastefully designed apartment was superb for all our needs and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I stayed in this wonderful apartment building in early September 2016. In fact, we booked 4 apartments in the building for our 2 daughters, their accompanying boyfriends and my wife's sister. The occasion was our Son's wedding. He and his now wife (with the help of an excellent local wedding planner - Italian bride and groom) picked the Basilica in Castellabate (on top of the hill) to get married in - situated a few kilometres inland from Santa Maria di Castellabate. What a great choice for a wedding! The wedding party, some 85 people from Ireland, Australia & USA, spent a memorable week or more in this beautiful place. I can't recommend Palazzo Laquinto highly enough. Excellently situated in the heart of the town and, yet, right next to the beach. In fact, it has it's own private access to the beach at the rear of the building. My wife and I stayed in the double-bedroom apartment - by far the best they have to offer - although all the apartments are beautiful. This one's a gem...
