I ❤️ this place. Twice I've stayed here and we eat here often. Food is great and the people are friendly and their service is of a high standard. The rooms are nice and well kept. The restaurant provides for private two person dining to big party events. All with the same level of attention to detail and menus. The...

I stayed in this hotel in several occacions. Mostly on business trip, when visiting Nurenberg fair. It is not so far away from the fair, around 45 minutes by car. It is located in a small village of Velburg, near the highway Munchen-Nurenberg. In the village, there is actually nothing to do, just drink beer and go to sleep, before...

In this part of upper Bavaria the Zur Post is a well known place to stay. A family run establishment with friendly staff and is about 5 miles from Autobahn A3. The hotel has a good restaurant, beer garden (summer), and is in the middle of a quaint Bavarian town. There are other restaurants within walking distance, as well as,...

The rooms were OK, but try to get a room away from the street. It was noisy! Also, no amenities - shampoo, soap, etc. which we have come to expect in most places, even small ones in Europe. We have stayed here many times because the location is close to our friends. The food in the restaurant is very good....

This is the third time I have stayed at this charming hotel. If you are on a cross Europe road trip and need comfortable beds, great food (wow @ breakfast), great quiet picturesque village and only 3km from the autobahn stay here. Staff are great and there is free parking on the cobblestones of the main street. Highly recommended.

the restaurant of this hotel was buzzing as we entered, with local people from the village and travellers on the a3 highway, just as we. we enjoyed a very good dinner with regional specialities, big beers and nice wines. the restaurant offers rooms with various atmospheres to suit different tastes. there could have been less stuffed animals for my taste...

We stayed here for a night..(as stop-over on our trip to France from Hungary). We were a group (45 ppl), and besides us there was another group as well, but still the place wasn't overcrowded or noisy at all... It was clean, comfortable and nice, However not too modern, but at least there is a TV in the room (only...

Worth staying at when the winkler Braü is full! There is a great Greek Restaraunt across the street and the food in the hotels Restaraunt is good as well. The bathrooms are not nearly as nice as others I've been at.
