For the price it is very clean and staff are friendly & helpful! The rooms are simple but adequate. As previous people have stated it does get windy so the blankets are helpful at night. It is a close walk to town. Even some English TV stations. Breakfast was cooked to order and tasty.

We really enjoyed our stay at the mar inn hotel Staff were kind, helpful and friendly. Rooms we're clean but it was windy when we were there and it was a little bit cold, but it's kind of normal in this area so think to about bringing some warm clothes. Bathroom we're very clean also. Breakfast was good with fruits,pancakes,...

My husband and I stayed at Mar Inn B&B for 3 nights in December. We enjoyed our stay very much. Anthony, the owner, knows how to run the B&B well. The room and the public areas are super clean. Anthony also provided us a map with tours/info on it. The tour info also includes price, which we found is very...

The Mar Inn is full of rustic charm and the staff helped us book a night walking tour and hanging bridge tour, plus arranged for pick up from the B&B. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a...

Good breakfast and you can make hot drinks. Very clean and also laundry service available. Felix is very helpful with transfers etc...

We loved this place, we wanted a couple of quiet days before we hit the beach and that's exactly what we got. The place is only a 10 min walk to everything- uphill but the while area is uphill. It's a really tranquil place with a lovely view. Antony was very helpful with booking our tours and honest and not...

We enjoyed this hotel, near enough to the centre of Monteverde and with friendly, helpful staff and a good breakfast of freshly made pancakes or eggs, with fruit. Nice balcony to relax on and nice enough rooms. But we stayed in a room that backed off the hotel and the wind was very noisy and it was a bit chilly....

Anthony is the owner of the B&B and was very helpfull telling us wich tours were nice to do and tried to make our stay as good as it could be. He even bought a birthday cake for my husband! The breakfast was great,...

Anthony runs the business very professional, he even sent a map and a pricelist of tours after booking. Of course you can book every tour, as in any other hostal, too. Breakfast is included and very good, it is done by Anthonys mum. Rooms are very clean, hot shower, two computers in the lobby area for free use. Takes credit...
