I went to Costa Rica in May and stayed at Las Cabinas La Tranquilidad. The trip was amazing. The hotel was beautiful. There were only a few cabins providing a very relaxing, quiet, calming environment. Also creating a somewhat private environment. The beach was right...More
If you need WiFi, turndown service, nightlife...don't come here. And that is exactly why I chose Palo Seco. You are truly on your own but the staff will help with anything and are a true joy.

Brendan and his staff do a wonderful job creating a little safe-haven just across the dune from a long and empty, sandy and warm Pacific beach which you'll have all to yourselves at sunset. The shared kitchen and community area would be a fun place...More

We're looking for someplace to enjoy for our last night in Costa Rica rather than bunking down at a chain hotel. Does anyone know how long the commute is to SJO airport? Our flight leaves later in the day so I'm ok with a a drive of 2ish hours, but wouldn't want to be much further away than that. Thanks,

Hi! The drive from our place to the airport takes 2-2.5 hours ( depending on the traffic), please let us know for what day you want to book and for how many people!
Thank you for your request!
