Friends from the UK and I used this B&B as a base to visit the battlefields. What a lovely venue with a wonderful lounge, enclosed veranda, an honesty bar/snack facility and what a charming & helpful host. They offered a dinner option and what I never expected was the superb quality of the cuisine. We were delighted with out stay...

Paul found us a room after we bailed out of the B&B that we had booked. Very comfortable room, well equipped with nice accessories and spotless linens. Ideal for a couple of nights- or longer visiting the battlefields. Very friendly host going the xtra mile for the comfort of his guests. Recommend the evening meals at the house. Very good...

This is a very nice B and B, well appointed and in lovely grounds, ideal if you wish to tour the battlefields. They will even recommend an excellent guide Pierre Duval. It is a short drive out of Dundee so taking the evening meal option is a good idea and the food was delicious. The breakfasts are also excellent. It...

Situated close to Dundee, Sneezewood is very well located to visit the battlesites (Anglo-Boer and Zulu) in the area. Set on a farm, the rooms are in a self-contained building with its own kitchen. Beautifully clean, nicely decorated and well presented, it is extremely comfortable. Owner Paul does the 'front of house' and is very good company at breakfast and...

We arrived here after a 26 hour nonstop from Heathrow. Upon arrival we were greeted by the the manager who not only settled us in speedily but also set us up for a personal guide for my dream tour of Isandlwhana with my partner with 12 hours notice. Needless to say, we felt welcomed. The lodge is utterly beautiful with...

From the moment you arrive Sneezewood provides excellent personal service in five star surroundings. We stayed for two nights while we visited the battlefields of the Zulu war. The nearby town of Dundee is a great centre for day trips to many famous battle sites like Isandlwana, Rorkes Dift and Spionkop. Our local guide provided transport for our group and...

What a great stay. Quality and comfort is the least that can be said of this marvelous little place. Situated just outside of town, this is a peaceful haven that made me want to stay at least one more night. This was an entirely wonderful experience. I honestly can't point out anything negative.
