    Just returned from a weekend break at this dog friendly hotel. The hotel is spotless the staff are very friendly , the food was wonderful. I could not fault this hotel and would recommend it. will definitely go back.

    Stayed for 2 nights as part of ITISON voucher. On a positive customer service was very good provided mainly by Eastern European staff, rooms are a good size and the bathrooms have been upgraded with good shower pressure, comfy beds. Now the negatives, THE FOOD!...More

    My two sons and I have just returned from a weeks skiing and the Highlander Hotel We were very pleased with our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were great and the food was lovely We are going to book again!

    Hotel looks a bit run down but comfortable enough for the money. Breakfast is great with waiter service. Most of the staff are Polish and work very hard. Wifi is really only available in the lounge so not very good unless your room is close...More
