Incredibly good food. We had pork belly with wild garlic mash and creamed leeks. It was ridiculously tasty. For a rainy Monday night it was packed so booking essential. The deconstructed cheesecake for desert was also a taste sensation.

We stayed at the Saracens Head Inn for three nights from March 20th to 23rd. We had a lovely little room overlooking the river, which was clean and fresh with nice cotton sheets and a very comfortable bed. The staff and owner were extremely friendly and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We ate at the Inn every night...

Had lunch here. Salmon sandwiches which were delicious. A beautiful setting and a lovely pub. Friendly staff. Worth going for the river boat trips and finishing off here. Very busy but the food was quick, recommended.

This is a great place to stay or even just to eat at. The food is second to none. We had heard it was good but so glad we tried it for ourselves. Totally delicious, both breakfast and dinner, you could never be disappointed and top quality but still very reasonably priced. You would pay so much more for this...

Stumbled upon this pub after a riverside walk. We were hungry, and although all of the inside tables were reserved it was just about warm enough to sit outside (where there is ample seating). We were impressed by the vegetarian selections on offer (including the chickpea and beetroot scotch egg!) and found the portions hearty. Perfect way to round off...

Rustic pub with log burning fires, excellent food and wonderful accommodation. Staff are all very welcoming and friendly, happy to go out of their way for you. Parking is free for those staying at the inn, and so is the pull ferry across the river. Would fully recommend this place to others (and have already done so).

Stayed for 4 nights and could have stayed longer. Good helpful and friendly staff. The food was great and good for the price too. The room was fine. I would advise to go for a front room. We took a back one thinking as it was on a 'road' it would be noisy. Its not and we missed out on...

On a rainy day like today one would expect not to enjoy anything else except the company and the food, which we all enjoyed, but we' ve found ourselves charmed by the place and views right from our tables. The sole was cooked perfectly, delicious and flavoured, although vegetables and potatoes could be filling more the plate. The deserts are...
