Having discovered this lovely Inn when our children were small, we have returned frequently since, both as a couple and as a family, and now with our grown up, married children! The setting is idyllic, the Inn is stylish and comfortable and the staff are wonderful. The food is superb in the restaurant and breakfast is outstanding. We absolutely love...

Very friendly staff, nice pub, average pub grub, comfortable, clean bedrooms, simply beautiful location. Lots of walking etc., to do in the area, nice boat trip right from the door of the pub, canoeing, hand pulled ferry across the Wye from East to West Symonds Yat. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Close to the river. Food wonderful plenty to choose from. Lovely walk around and over the river. Hand steared ferry back to the hotel. Lots going on at the weekend watching the canoe races and classes.

Really scrummy birthday and wedding anniversary lunch. Many thanks to All the s taff. Had a lovely day. Food was great. Staff were friendly as always. Service was good even though it was bank holiday weekend and they were obviously mega busy.

Stayed here for 1 night recently. Room was extremely clean and had a great view over the river. Staff are very friendly. Dinner was excellent and breakfast likewise. All food was good quality. Lovely location and great for local walks. Can definitely recommend staying here or just calling in for a meal.

We stayed Friday and Saturday night at the Saracens Head - what a treat. We stayed in room 12 which was large, very comfortable and had a great view of the river. The pub was very busy when we arrived early afternoon but the staff were really friendly and helpful and found time to answer our queries AND help us...

We have stayed here twice once for one night, and returned in February this year for two. The staff are brilliant, quite remarkably so, along with everything else. I simply can't fault the place, the food's amazing, I don't think iI have ever had a better breakfast, and clearly the restaurant is a "destination". The rooms have amazing views over...

We used to love coming to the Saracens Head for dinner, great portions & good choice on the menu. I used to like the garlic roast potatoes & hubby loved the huge mixed grill (neither of which they don't do anymore). We'd not been for many years, mainly because it's usually fully booked & with hungry kids after a walk/ride...

A fantastic inn with excellent facilities. It's a very popular pub but all the staff have more than enough time for you. Residents automatically have a table reserved all evening, just as well because it does get busy, and it's worth it because the food was wonderful. We stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms, with a balcony overlooking...
