Our room was upgraded to one with a balcony and a side view of the sea. It was lovely and we were really able to enjoy some afternoon sun. The staff are notable for their cheerfulness and reception staff in particular are knowledgeable and very helpful. We hadn't intended eating dinner at the hotel, although it was part of our...

We stayed here in October 2015, having stayed at a sister hotel in Es Castell (Hotel Agamenon) the previous year. We specifically wanted to stay here because of its location, high on a hill overlooking the harbour. We had a balcony and sea view and were not disappointed. The hotel is in a colonial style and could be described as...

We have just returned from our first visit to this hotel and had a fantastic experience. We were celebrating our anniversary and I couldn't have wished for a better location..and the view over the bay is awesome.....worth paying that little extra. The staff make this hotel stand out - the receptionists/restaurant staff/housekeepers always had a smile on their face and...

Staff - excellent - Room - everything you could expect - Location - very good (high over the sea, but a nearby lift). Meals are buffet style, very good choice, not the finest of cuisine, but excellent value. And Buck's Fizz at breakfast. Overall an establishment offering excellent value in a fine location.

This hotel is located about a ten minute walk from the centre of town. It has a lovely terrace with views over the harbour. The rooms are large with lovely comfy beds. The only thing that is a bit weird is the bathtub is the wrong way round with the taps at the head end and the plug where you...

This is our second visit to this hotel and again we had a fantastic time. We upgraded to a harbour view Room 206 which must be the best in the hotel because it offered a brilliant view of the harbour and we had sun all day. The staff are friendly and always with a smile on their face. We like...

We have stopped here many times in recent years and never been disappointed. This was our second stay this year nd the food and service were excellent. We stopped at the Barcelo in Punta Prima the previous night and were disappointed by the food and service

Hotel excellent. Lovely location with stunning views. Staff friendly and pleasant. Food good . Plenty of choice. Needed however more plain cooking in the choices. The two evenings of entertainment were of a good standard. We would certainly revisit.

The hotel overlooks the port with lovely views of the yachts, passing cruise ships and the ferry. Steps and a lift nearby down to the waterfront. Perfect for a stroll day or evening. Also easy walking distance to the town centre and the bus station. Excellent bus service to other parts of the island. As the hotel isn't near a...
