Atzaró Agroturismo Hotel and Spa is one of the most prestigious Agroturismos in Ibiza and one of Europe’s leading luxury destinations. Situated on thirteen hectares of fragrant orange groves and abundant gardens in the heart of the island, the Ibiza Agroturismo was originally opened in the 2004 as one of the first Agroturismo hotels in Ibiza. Built on the site of a generations-old finca, the hotel launched to rapturous acclaim. Since then, Atzaró has firmly established itself on the map as one of Ibiza’s best. The hotel is in harmony with its authentic Ibiza heritage and the surrounding nature, whilst retaining the luxurious feel that has made it the best and most loved Agroturismo in Ibiza. The concept is natural luxury and the look is chic, simple, harmonious and calm, one of quality and comfort with a splash of pure Ibiza glamour and romance. Inspired by the farm’s story, Atzaró’s style encapsulates the true heart of authentic Ibiza.

Atzaró is absolutely wonderful. The grounds are stunning and the rooms/suites are very well thought out.

If you like to be close to the main building then double rooms or a suite is your call, we’ve stayed in a variety and I do prefer to be in the main area as it’s quiet and peaceful on an evening. The superior suite and villas are a taste of Bali, your own pools in the villas and the suites have serene terraces for the day time and the use of several pools very close by with lots of seating/lounge areas with this private gated section. My experience is couples/ friends/ families travelling together stay in these suites/villas so it’s more evening entertaining and drinking vibe on the terraces.

You will see peacocks and peahens roaming around. Wildlife here is free to potter and have a very nice time doing so. The gardens and groves are constantly maintained, and the rooms are cleaned and changed everyday to a very high standard. I travel with my child and he is always well catered for too, the pools are suitable and plenty of space and nature to explore, excellent for families who aren’t interested in the all inclusive kids clubs and evening staged entertainment.

Restaurant is very nice, food is excellent, however if you’re uncertain about anything on the menu staff are happy to help, I requested particular dishes with different ingredients due to allergies and intolerances and there was no questioning of this, it was done with ease by the chef and the waiting staff.

Breakfast is included in your reservation and is very substantial. With easy indoor and out door seating you have the pleasure of enjoying alfresco if it’s a little chilly they offer a warming fire by your table.

The spa is wonderful, therapists are good and the hammam and sauna are well maintained and enjoyable when the weather is perhaps a little cooler or a cloudy day. The entire building is based on the essence of Bali, which is my favourite place to travel to, so the familiarity is really wonderful for me.

It does surprise me to see the reviews below, as it’s certainly not my experience, I’m very well travelled and have an expectation after staying in many many hotels/villas/fincas within the island, these were very much met to a high standard here at Atzaró. This is very I chose to return.

One thing I will say is that situations are sometimes unexpected. Ibiza is renowned for its magic and unpredictability, power cuts, weather etc. If we have had any issues they have been resolved as soon as possible within the ability of the staff. The staff are doing their jobs, and have to my opinion always been pleasant and friendly. There is a limit on what is humanly possibly and I do think visiting this beautiful residence is to experience peace, serenity and beauty. Also privacy, and it ticks all of those boxes.

The Atzaro Hotel offers a one of a kind experience! From the romantic, beautiful, authentic setting with gardens, flowers combined with its unique architecture. It's an absolute must.
No matter the format, if you come for a romantic trip or with children, as we've experiences both.
The team has been extremely kind, helpful and welcoming, which is very rare nowadays even in luxury resorts! The staff members made our stay special.
The yoga and pilates classes with some of the best teachers I have yet tried in my 2 years of practice.
Having stayed with a 1 year old the hotel made custom meals each day of our choice.
The food is great and the atmosphere perfect. At night you can hear the wildlife noises and complete peace.... while enjoying a drink on your private terrace.
After traveling many different destinations Atzaro is on the top of our list of places we feel like home and will be back again.
Thank you for having us!

I would not recommend this place due to poor service & lack of communication between client & customer.

Firstly we were given a transfer for which we were never once informed that this would be an additional cost. Upon arrival the reception staff at the main reception & spa reception were not helpful at all they were awful. The managers did not wish to discuss the issue & handle it accordingly instead they chose to hide in there office & not come out to talk.

The price for the transfer was magically €60 but when we caught a tax back it was considerably cheaper at a price of €40. This kind of lack of communication is poor from the management,

Although the surroundings are stunning the customer service does not cover this. This kind of of service is expected at lower establishments. For the price of the deluxe spa pacakage I would say you are better off saving your money & going else where to have a better experience where you can have a massage & eat food.

Please heed my warnings when I say there are unexpected charges & I would not recommend it.

this hotel is so gorgeous, you will keep looking everywhere. Best compared to Garden of Eden meets Bali. They have imported all their furniture from Bali and its like a secret world. Everything is spotless. The plants, trees and garden are breath taking. Everything white with gorgeous furniture. The rooms are perfect, gorgeous, comfortable and quiet. With hierbas the Ibiza amenities. Gorgeous balinese day bed outside your room to relax in privately
You will hear nothing but birds. Amazing food. Lovely drinks. comfortable day beds by the pool. Yoga classes if you want to participate. Sauna in between the orange trees. Special area for day guests and hotel guests. One night in this hotel counted like a week on vacation. Staff is amazingly nice. Can t praise this place enough. Its pricey but totally worth it

Amidst the over-hyped, over-priced hip hell-holes sits Atzaro, an oasis of calm, beautiful food and drink, delivered with real class. The setting is beautiful and the gardens seem to have been even further improved in recent years.
Be in no doubt, it is expensive but it provides first rate value. If you want one special Ibizan night then it should be here...don't waste time on the nearby as expensive "destination" restaurants that are little more than fast food joints.

Wow I had my wedding there last week, it exceeded our expectations and all our guests have left stunned. You can not top a wedding at Atzaro, pure class and efficiency from start to finish, every last detail was covered by the venue staff, I was stunned and you cannot put a price on the remarkable delivery from this venue. Every section of the venue is outstanding…. The pictures don’t do it justice it’s unbelievable. Big shout out to KATIA who makes peoples dreams come true! What a woman, she really did make my day happen, thank you to her all all staff who really made an unforgettable day!!!

Extremely rude and miserable staff who will do everything to avoid working. Don’t expect any warm welcome or greetings as you walk around the premises.
Huge place but only a tiny little bar/restaurant area was open during our stay. Staff in this area are especially rude! You’ll get much better service and food in Santa Eulalia town!

The place was a mess and absolutely chaotic as there was multiple areas where there renovation taking place. Malfunctioning plunge pools and old dodgy doors that don’t lock properly.

We spoke to Anna at reception when checking out about all of our issues (she did absolutely nothing) we were promised that the managing director would be in touch, it’s been 2 weeks and we’ve heard absolutely nothing!

We definitely won’t be coming back!

P.s. The one person who treated us well was Armando but we only saw him a couple of times. This place does not deserve him!

My husband and I spent 5 days at Atzaro celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and had an amazing time. Every single member of staff was friendly and attentive. The food was fabulous with lots of home grown fruit and vegetables - delicious but also healthy (quite a bonus on holiday). The salmon tacos were a particular high! Our room was small but incredibly clean and very well equipped. The only two minor points were that the bar in the evening seemed under staffed so it took quite a while to get a drink. Also, the menu at The Bubble Bar (during the day) and the main restaurant in the evening were very similar so a slightly wider choice would be nice. Apart from that, it was once of the best short breaks we have ever had and we will, most definitely, be back. Also, a special thanks has to go to Matteo at the Bubble Bar and Judith in the restaurant - both are excellent and took great care of us. Thank you Atzaro!!!

Perfect place to detox and relax in Ibiza. The food is good and you can find several areas to chill and spend your day. We really enjoyed having lunch at the "Bubble Bar", service was great!
Thank you to Octavio who assisted us during our stay at Atzaro and provided us with a great service and beautiful room.
