We recently stayed here for 2 nights when going to a wedding nearby. We didn't realise until we left that there had been some kind of booking error, resulting in us being upgraded to a gorgeous room (suite really) in a little tower. We had our own sitting room and private sun terrace on the first floor, and then a...

We had a missunderstanding while making the reservation which lead to no rooms upon arrival. The Staff and their Great service took care of that though! Beautiful scenery an Great service while living there. Bad review though mainly because of the terrible kitchen. Frozen products, cold servings and surprisingly bad pasta-quality. Besides that, expensive!

I'm not sure anyone could ask for more than what this resort has to offer: lovely rooms, great food, a yoga retreat, circuit classes, organised walks into the countryside surrounding and wine tasting, not to mention the GONG BATH! I spent a week in the company of like-minded people and enjoyed the Tuscan air and sunshine as well as wonderful...

My wife and I spent a week there with a Tuscan Fitness wellness package. The resort's layout is fantastic, a real village with really good integration of restaurant, swimming pool(s) and exercize areas. Location is perfect for Tuscany tours during (Chianti vineries, hikes, visits of villages or monasteries), before or after (we spent a weekend afterwards in Florence). Food at...

Fantastic setting with amazing views of distant hills. The complex has charming layout and is very pretty. Great chef and nice variety of dishes. The outside dining area has lovely views. Nice pool and yoga area. Bedrooms are rather basic but have all you need, may be better ones available. Views from bedroom lovely. I was in the Anenome house....

We stayed a week in one of the apartments with our family and enjoyed our stay a lot. Great views, two nice pool areas, a small bar serving refreshments and a good restaurant. The apartments are very "Italian", rustic with an OK but small kitchen. But beds are not as good as you would expect from a four star resort,...

My wife and I stayed here for a week as a group of 22 couples. It was our anniversary and i happened to mention this on checking in. We were upgraded to the bridal suite which was very nice. It was up three flights of stairs, so only for the able bodied, and when you forgot something from your room...

I stayed here for 3 nights with Tuscan Fitness. The location is remote and beautiful. What I love about the location is due to its remoteness you see the real Tuscan life style with very little tourists. However if you fly in from Pisa (where the cheapest flights normally fly into) be prepared for another 2 hour train journey to...

Best: Wonderful views, pretty hotel, gardens, and pool. Location: Remote. Apart from a few appealing villages nearby, there's nothing much to see or do locally. Most bars and restaurants were closed in late May. There are no local taxis and it costs a minimum of 35 euros for a cab to come from the nearest town, which is only a...

Dear WizBisou, we are sorry that you did not like your stay. Our reception is open 24 hours, so we would have been at your disposal, if you tell us about what you do not like and the noise that disturbs you. We could offer you another accomodation and explain you better about our heating/air conditioning system. In Italy there...

Be aware that this facility is in the middle of nowhere. You need a car and a lot of patience to go to the nearest supermarket. The appartment we had was a dreary place and the promised terrace consisted out of two chairs just outside the front door on the street. The staff at the reception is impassive and that...
