A really wonderful hotel - great value, very welcoming hosts, great pool and breakfast. This is our second year, last year we had the large 3 bed apartment, which was huge. This year we booked directly and had the 4 bed family apartment which is really good - 2 beds, 1 double and 1 twin with a shower room and a separate small kitchen and lounge area and a lovely balcony area overlooking the pool and bay. The walk to town is lovely down a quiet and lit track. The service at the hotel is exceptional, including free transfers to the port and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
We stayed at hotel Eri for 4 nights and it was perfect! Clean rooms with balcony, fridge & air conditioning! The staff were all friendly and very helpful, breakfast was always plentiful. The pool was clean and well maintained although no shallow end for those of us that cannot swim very well... pool bar for snacks & drinks and plenty of sunloungers with umbrellas. 7 min walk to the main town and port. I would definitely stay there again!
Lovely, family run hotel. Well built and maintained, with many areas covered in natural stone. Great large and deep pool + inviting pool area. Rooms a bit small but well appointed. Clean throughout incl. attention to COVID precautions. Friendly and professional service. Good wifi, a bit slow occasionally. Make sure to get a pool view room, which also feature a wonderful view to the sunset. A long walk from the nearest beach, via a path lit at night. Add another 800m to the port. All doable, but your own wheels are recommended for this island anyway and there is ample parking at the hotel. A few minor negatives: Breakfast is included but boring: it consists of mostly not healthy items, only 1 version of fruit, and includes no real coffee (only "american"). We supplemented with our own fruit and other items from the nearby super market "Sklavenitis". The bathrooms are "blind", no windows just a loud and inefficient ventilator). Small shower but this is standard in greek hotels. There is a "main" street just outside, but -surprisingly- barely any real traffic noise at either pool area or rooms apart from the occasional heavy truck. It was rather the roosters in the adjacent property waking us up at 4:30 am every morning, commendable for their consistence and time precision :) (not necessarily negative, if you like nature). Overall a good proposition for its class, we enjoyed our long stay and happily recommend it.…
We booked a family apartment in this hotel, and we got a real nice place to stay: 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms + 1 indépendant toilet, kitchen fully equipped, dining room and living room, plus a terrasse with a view on the swimming pool and on the sea! We also had a washing machine!!! Personnel really nice and helpful, gave us tips for good restaurants and visits. Worth mentioning that the beach is not close, if this is what you are looking for. Breakfast was good!
We really enjoyed our stay here , received a warm welcome from Elena who is ever present and very helpful and friendly . The hotel Is about 5 minutes in a car from the ferry - we came over from Perissa on a twin centre stay for 3 nights here . Some of the reviews have been harsh so to address some issues : The hotel is bright and spotlessly clean . The rooms are well set out with a dressing table and bedside tables and a tall wardrobe . Loads of room for storing clothes and hanging dresses up . The bathroom was well lit and perfectly adequate with a good shower and a more modern type of hairdryer . The rooms with even numbers face the car park which was no problem - we still had a nice balcony and a pretty view . The odd numbers face the pool . The pool area is big and very nice - we had no problem getting pool towels which were folded and left out on a trolley . Note though that the pool is deep - no shallow end for children . The walk to the beach is about 8 minutes down a path from the rear of the hotel which is well lit at night. 20 minutes approx to the town . We came on September so it was still hot but the walk was fine . It hotter weather it may seem like a more daunting walk - stop off at one of the many tavernas to cool yourself down ! Breakfast is good - a buffet style choice of eggs , sausage, ham, cheese , pastries, cakes , bread , Greek yogurt , fruit , plus tea coffee and juice . You can sit outside on the terrace but there are a few wasps about . Lots of tavernas along the beach - try a few different ones at your leisure - the staff are friendly and the food is wonderful . In late September head down to the beach around 7 pm - get a table right on the waters edge and enjoy the beautiful sunset . To summarise , a good location , bright and clean hotel , good breakfast , friendly helpful staff . Would return here . …
