We were very much delayed due to traffic, so we called the hotel to tell them we were coming after closing hours. It meant no problem at all; very friendly staff told us our room number and the door code. When we arrived all worked perfect; the key was left in a closed envelope and we found our room without...

Well located for exploring the Jura area. Hotel could do with some modernising. Our room and bathroom were small, there is a tight staircase up to rooms, and some rooms have shared bathrooms. No restaurant, but breakfast was adequate although no coffee, orange juice or croissants when we went down around 08:00. Good covered parking about 3 mins from hotel,...

A warm welcome by a young enthousiast couple who took over this traditional small hotel 4 years ago. Renovated rooms, confortable and practical. Very nice traditional staircase protected under the historical municipal administration. Well organised and tasteful breakfast. We can warmly recommend this hotel in Arbois.

We had a fantastic stay here. Everything was easy. We were welcomed by owner Thomas Charifi in great English, he was fine with us changing the initial reservation from a family room to two rooms, gave great advice for dinner and offered to make a reservation. Service in the bar was equally pleasant, by Emmanuelle, Thomas's wife, with whom we...

The two proprietors (husband-and-wife team) alternate between manning the bar and the reception desk. They are always on site, and are extremely helpful, as well as kind, considerate, patient, and just generally nice people. The rooms are smallish and clean, with comfortable beds (firm mattresses). Climate control is provided by windows and rotating fans, but since you are in the...

Greeted by a very friendly gentleman with a great sense of humour and excellent English. He was able to advise us of things to do and what to see during our short visit to Arbois. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Good value when travelling as a family.

Bang in the middle of town. Parking a problem but they have a " garage" up the road. Can be noisy but not if you keep the windows shut. Can be a problem if it s warm ( as it was when we stayed there). Breakfast OK. I m sure there s better around if you really want to search...

This is a small hotel with a fun and friendly staff, and clean and comfortable rooms. They have a bar and terrace with a large selection of beers to choose from (surprisingly enough in this small town) and friendly service. Unknowingly I forgot 15 € at the table which were returned to me at checkout the morning after. The super-friendly...
