Duinhof is a Relais of Silence Hotel and as such it is a quiet hotel in a tranquil setting. The hotel offers a sauna, messages, a swimming pool and free internet that is both fast and reliable. The staff is so very nice and showed genuine concern for my husband's ability to climb the stairs to our suite or walk... More

Lovely house, very quiet with delightful grounds and pool. Charming, helpful staff. The hotel has an honesty bar for the evening and an excellent selection of breads, cereals, fruit, cheese, yoghurt, eggs and hams for breakfast, We had a well appointed suite, the Farm Cottage but the only downside was an upstairs loo and bathroom with very steep stairs. If... More

We spent four nights here, arriving by the coast tram. The hotel location is about a mile from the tram station, so we phoned the hotel and got them to order a taxi for us, which arrived instantly. This is what you have to do if you don't come by car. However, the suburban location is not a problem, thanks... More

We stayed here for 4 nights and although the weather wasn't very nice we had a wonderful time. Our room had an open fire and was beautiful decorated. You can walk along the beach as far as you want and go back by the so called 'kusttram'. Back in the hotel there is a nice lounge waiting for you. Really... More

A really nice b&b with great rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff and a cozy living room with a fireplace. Will certainly be back! A word of warning on the google maps: they point to two duinhofs while in reality there is only one- the one called duinhof (not the country house).

The hotel is very well decorated in a nautical theme but as an old manor style hotel. rooms were spacious and we had a travel cot in there too. staff were friendly and informative. breakfast was plentiful with a choice of eggs made to order as well... We stayed in this B&B, I really can not call it a hotel, end of July 2011. The outside is not impressive but the interior is well taken care off, English Manor style. The rooms are nice, bathrooms small but new and well kept. It has a Scottish Bar but works as an honesty bar and so despite what the... More

Really nice Small hotel, good breakfest. People were helpful and very friendly. Beach is about 5 mins Travel Time by car, hotel is located in a quiet and clean neighborhood. De Haan is relatively expensive, expect 10-12 € for a normal Pizza. All in all highly recommended Place for a couple of sunny days.
